Amazing results within a month of joining CrossFit 1440! I lost 10 lbs of fat with strict diet and crossfit in the last month. You should definitely take the advantage of 1 week trail and it’s also less expensive when compared to others around! Very friendly staff!

Amazing gym. Great people. CrossFit meets your fitness where you are and helps you improve from there which impacts every facet of quality of life. 1440 is an example of the best of them!
