Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always welcoming and willing to assist. The email with limited supply or 12 days of Christmas in July with daily selections is a cool marketing concept in theory. It kind of sucks to be honest, because you take time and gas to go get the limited selection. Only to find out there were only 12 bottles or 2 cases. Customers are not happy about this.

Good prices, nice but very limited selection, mixed bag on customer service. If they have something you want, it’s probably a little cheaper here. Some people who work here are helpful.

Customer service is not good. They are not very friendly or helpful. Plenty of places to get decent whiskey without dealing with the elitist attitude of these folks

First, I don’t know liquor, so I have to ask questions. Javid is knowledgeable, polite and my guru for liquors. Every whiskey, tequila and specialty bottle he has recommended is always perfect! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Thanks for taking time to help.

People seem nice. Impossible to get allocated selections here. They'll tell you to sign up for the newsletter to be notified of releases but, still impossible to get something unless you're sitting in the parking lot when the newsletter comes out. Not any easier to get something special here than it is any other liquor store.
