I'm sick of CVS and specifically this location. if my insurance didn't require me to go to one I'd go somewhere else. They didn't have my prescription so they gave me 15 days. Okay great! My insurance requires I get 90 days in my medicines. So, I call back today to get the refill and she said I can only have 30. She said they can only fill for 30 or 90. So I said okay can you hold on for just a minute while I check something? I checked to see if this would work with my insurance to get the 30 days or if it would be an issue. She put me on hold for 20 seconds, took me off of hold and said nothing for all of 10 seconds. then just hung up. I call back and she said we got disconnected. and I told her to just give me the 30 days and then she said okay I'll get it filled. Then hung up AGAIN. I didn't even get to ask when it would be ready, like I'm just sitting here all day not working??? Completely rude and horrible staff and this is just today's example.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist is arrogant and clearly hates her job. I’ll drive to the one off peachtree parkway before I come here again.

Very bad experience! The staff gave me the drop eyes expiration in 45 days! When I found it at home and went back to change, they refused and gave me three reasons: 1. If I use 4 drops for 2 eyes and then 8 drops one day , so it will be used up before expiration. 2. Because my insurance paid the fee, so when I picked up, I didn’t pay money. 3 . It was my responsibility to check the expiration date when I picked up the medicine.

My family of 4 has done business with CVS for many years through Aetna and we were always impressed until today. The pharmacist would not fill a prescription for me since they were closing in 45 mins. If you ever need a prescription within an hour of closing then good luck... that seems to be the new policy. We are moving all of our business to a new pharmacist so all good for us. Just sharing our experience as of today. Pretty disappointing.

This pharmacy doubled the milligrams of my sons schedule 2 medicine and never even apologized. They covered their butt by calling sons doctor and getting his approval for the higher milligram. Now, they treat us like we did something wrong by delaying new refills and being extremely rude. So unprofessional!!!

As with other CVS's , drive through is extremely slow. I prefer going in and shopping and out in a quick time. They have photo prints .. Pharmacy is good and the person there was helpful. Most of the non medical stuff is so expensive : I would never buy anything to eat or drink in CVS, because it is 50% more expensive than other shops :) if not , a good place to shop all medicines. Lots of parking available as always with other CVS's

Went in for insulin syringes. Pharmacist says they can’t sell them to me. Pull out my vials of humalog, lantus, and pull my shirt up to show her my dexcom. I was graciously allowed 1 10 pack of syringes. Thank you for allowing me to stay alive for 2 days. Dear lord, the US healthcare and pharmaceutical industries are absolute garbage. Shame on this pharmacy.

The most helpful CVS employee on the planet works here Saturday mornings. The young man working here was polite and helpful and knowledgeable. What a surprise! Thanks for making my Georgia trip even better.

I just completed a very pleasant shopping experience at this CVS. Melodie the manager assisted me in searching for my listed items and during the checkout process she was very patient as I fumbled through my coupons. Melodie took her time in ensuring all my coupons had rung up. Thank you for the very positive experience! Would definitely recommend this store!

I stopped by here to pick up a prescription and was appalled at the condition of the men's restroom. I was scared to even enter this place. Looked as if it had not been attended to in a few days! I would have need to take antibiotics if I had used this cess pool! The manager needs to be looking at these restrooms hourly to at least make sure they are presentable. Shame on them!!

My favorite CVS. No matter where I move, I still come to this one. A few years ago, they caught that two of my medications shouldn't be taken together. I had went to two different doctors and I didn't think to tell one of them about another medication I was on. Worth the drive...
