Awesome manager and very congenial staff. The manager was so helpful and considerate that he allowed my son to take the candy since my visa was rejected. Too bad this pharmacy doesn't take our insurance! Other than that, go to Europe and you'll experience horrible service! Don't complain about America's customer service because it's the best in The world. Period.

I had an unbelievable experience here today. I had an appointment to get a Covid test at 3:00, I arrived about 3:05. Of course there are a couple cars in front of me, no problem, I understand there's going to be a wait. Well the pharmacist tells me to drive around and get back in line, because she has to "prepare the test". I am very confused, the test is already premade in a plastic baggy. I told her I have a one-year-old and a two-year-old is there anyway I can just wait, because I don't want to have to get back behind all those cars. She assured me that those cars were not Covid testing, they were people picking up prescriptions or whatever I am not sure how she would know that. I see her giving a Covid test to the people in front of me and I am furious. My one year-old was already fussing the entire time and now my 2 year old woke up. They are both screaming for about 10 minutes, while I am waiting for her to finish with the people in front of me. She knew I had two small children yet she continued to lie to me. Never ever coming here again and I plan on reaching management and corporate and telling them of my experience.

This complaint is for one particular pharmacist who is constantly rude. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and she is the only one who has the don't care attitude. Everyone else in this pharmacy has been helpful to answer questions but this lady will talk to you so rudely like you did something wrong. I get it if you are having a bad day but this is every time with her, I seriously am planning to change my pharmacy because of this one person.

Most of the staff in this pharmacy are very helpful but I am so tired of one particular pharmacy tech/?pharmacy manager. The one star is completely due to her consistently rude and unhelpful, not to mention, incompetent manner, to the point that I actually experience anxiety when I realize that she is going to 'serve' me is consistently rude and unhelpful, not to forget, incompetent manner. I use the online app to fill my prescriptions, and for the first time decided to try express checkout option. (Essentially,, you sign at home, and any necessary payments are made in advance. You are provided with a scannable code so should be a simple case of. Scanning the code with the scanner. You should then just be handed the prescription once that is done. I told her that I had one, and she proceeded to start asking me for information as with a regular prescription checkout, because she could not be bothered to actually listen. I told her that she needed to scan the code, and with her usual attitude, said 'sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't'. Bear in mind, any payment due had been made in advance. She waved the scanner at my phone, rather than actually at the code. As I told her to forget it and do it the regular way, she managed to do it. It is not unusual for her to be chewing gum, which I not only consider unprofessional, but also not a very hygienic in a pharmacy setting. Although this review is primarily about the person above, I would also like to add that this is a terrible location because being near South Forsyth Middle school that during term time, the car park including including the road coming from Windermere Parkway is used as a parking lot for parents picking up their kids, creating a hazardous situation for themselves, students and also customers. I Will be looking for an alternative pharmacy to use going forward. I am so done with that horrible woman!

Staff here is extremely rude. The manager on duty is very unprofessional to her employees and short with customers. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I used this pharmacy for a long time but every time I was greeted with a grumpy face, the manager was rude, my daughter went to pick up a prescription and they treated her the same way. I moved to the Laurel Springs Location and exactly the same.
