If I could give zero stars, I would. I was waiting in store for an RX called over from the minute clinic. After 30 minutes I was called to the counter to get the RX. It was amoxicillin so it had to be mixed...no problem. When the young tech, ZAIN, rang it up, insurance had not been filed. I asked to refile. He came back about 15 minutes later and said insurance was rejected but they didn't know why. He told me the pharmacist was going to call insurance but he had to help other customers first. I asked for an estimated time and told ZAIN I would wait on the pharmacist to call as we were leaving town the next morning and my daughter needed the meds. Another 20 minutes passed while I waited in store. The pharmacist (an Indian man) called me over to say that insurance was rejected and my daughter wasn't on file. I showed him my daughter's insurance card and asked him to call or transfer the RX because I had been at CVS by this point an hour and 40 minutes! He said, "I have the card on file, you have to call insurance." However he refused to help me any further. He would not print/transfer the RX or call insurance with me in front of him. Then he LIED to my face and said he had been on hold with insurance since I tried to check out the first time. I saw the pharmacist come out of the pharmacy and take two patients back for injections and then call another older gentleman over to help him with his RX. Then I saw the pharmacist pick up the phone and call insurance. I called him out on his lie and he denied it.Come to find out, the insurance he had on file was not correct but yet he dismissed me when I tried to give him my new card. Then he lied. I will be reporting this to corporate, but as a PSA I am posting it here so others will be aware of the rudeness and careless attitude of the CVS pharmacy at Post Road.

Went in for minute clinic appointment. Took me in on time, if not a few mins early. Easy breezy consult. The provider was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff at pharmacy had my prescription ready in 10 mins or less and they were semi busy. Friendly staff and providers make for a good experience, always.

I’m very happy with the CVS pharmacy. They are very nice person on the counter.there were three women. Their name are Hina and Azeema and I don’t know the third woman’s name. Today, I went to pick up my prescription and time was over but they were cooperated with me. And they were very nice and make time for me to get my prescriptions. I thought I can’t pick up my prescription but I did because of their help .I was sitting inside my car comfortably ,and also I asked my daughter‘s prescriptions. Hina said I don’t have any information about your daughter. I gave her insurance card she updated her information in to their computer. I got my daughter’s prescription too.Thank you so much.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Avoid CVS in general in this area. Everyone acts like they are all working for the same owner and provide the same terrible service, provide wrong meds, provide meds without lids, give time estimates for when meds will be ready after they close.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I called and was on hold almost 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. They told me my prescriptions would be ready in 20 minutes and 3 hours later I’m still waiting for notification they are ready. All they can tell me is one isn’t covered by insurance which I have told them doesn’t matter.

Unfortunately, this pharmacy is in need of major change. I would recommend new leaders and staff. They are INCREDIBLY slow, every single time. On multiple occasions they have said a prescription would be promised by a certain time - it never has. Just today, I needed my sons prescription filled after surgery. She said it would be ready in an hour. My husband went back SIX hours later and it was still not ready. Calling them is a complete waste of time since you can never get through to anyone. I have used this pharmacy for 3 years, and it has never improved. Unfortunately I've lost hope and will be changing pharmacies to anywhere except this one.

Every month I go to pickup my Rx and I think service will be better and it just gets worse. They are never on time/ready when the refill Bot indicates. Always lines of upset customers, switching between queues. Take your business to another Pharmacy.
