After being on hold for 10 minutes, The pharmacy lady on the phone was extremely rude. I was trying to check if a medication was in stock since my typical cvs doesn’t have it right now and she cut me off every time I tried to speak to explain why I’m calling. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I’ve never experienced such behavior from a pharmacy

Waited 20 minutes to ask simple question where to find something in store? Finally was told to go ask someone else. Used to get all prescriptions here and had CVS card.Never again!

Nice pharmacist generally, but always understaffed yes PRESS YOU HARD to come in to pickup prescriptions. If you can’t support the customers you have, please don’t press them to come in. Seems to be chicken and egg going on here. In fact, create an express pickup line for those who’ve prepaid and just picking up. This is the line, plus 4 cars deep in the drive thru, plus 4 people in drop off.

CVS on Bethany the pharmacy is horrible! No one is helpful. Things didn’t get transferred from Francis CVS as they said they would!

Worst customer service and quality ever in the pharmacyI wish I could not give it any stars. They filled 2 of my subscriptions incorrectly and would not give a refund for the correct one but also didn't apologize for THEIR error at all. I have to pay again for the CORRECT medication. The person who answered the phone basically said it wasn't his fault and someone else and I need to relax. Who does that? I asked to speak to the manager and he said to call Corporate which has over a 30 min wait. I asked for his name. He would not provide. I asked for the managers name he would not provide and then he hung up. I am changing pharmacies. Horrible!

Disgraceful "service" with what seems like different treatment for different customers. Friday night I scheduled an appointment online for a covid shot this morning. Computer generated reminders confirmed but when I showed up today, the staff was exceptionally rude and dismissive. I had checked in online upon arrival and then went to the correct counter. No one came to talk to me but a woman called to me across the pharmacy department (goodbye privacy) asking what I was doing there. Bottom line turned out that they had run out of the vaccine (having neither contacted me to cancel nor saving enough for people with appointments). A man called out that perhaps the Post Road store might have some, but didn't offer to check. I had to specifically ask him to call so I'm not driving all over looking for the vaccine that I was already scheduled to have. Eventually I got the shot but had to wait and re-input all information, basically starting from scratch. Turns out my Indian neighbor got the shot this morning as well because this same pharmacy staff personally contacted her as soon as new supply arrived. There is, in my opinion, a huge discrepancy in service and respect offered to some customers over others. About a year and a half ago, the covid vaccine was hard to get and only authorized for a narrow category of high risk individuals. This same Indian friend was at this CVS for another reason and the pharmacist proactively offered her the shot - no questions asked. Her in-laws, also Indian, then came and got it as well. She called and told me so I went to get my shot too. The pharmacist grilled me about whether I met the qualifications (e.g., immunocompromised, cancer, etc.) and then turned me away, refusing to give me the shot he had just given to my neighbor (both of us are seniors so age was not a factor). Preferential treatment? You decide but I will never go to the CVS at Castleberry & Bethelview Roads again.

Hands down the worst CVS I've ever been to. The management is pointless and the pharmacy is downright rude and highly insensitive. I hope the poor lady in front of me calls corporate. Shame on this CVS!!

All CBS sucks. If your company uses cvs insurance they will not allow you to fill prescriptions at any other pharmacy. I was told by Mike at Bethelview pharmacy it's illegal for them to deny other pharmacies your business. You can't believe the automatic texting when your script is ready. Today it happened to me and the gentlemen in front of me . Got a text and script was not ready They love telling you that you script is ready even though you stopped talking that medication months ago. Don't get me started on their auto mail refills that system is even worse.CVS SUCKS IN EVERY WAY YOU CAN IMAGINE!!!!!
