The pharmacist refused to refill my blood pressure medication and told me it was against their policy to refill from an out of state doctor. I checked and it was not. Also, they had already refilled them before from an out of state doctor at that exact location just 9 months ago. This pharmacist just does not want to do her job. I’ve moved all RX’s to another pharmacy and I’m making sure everyone I know does the same. I’ve heard many many complaints about this location.

Okay I love the techs at the pharmacy but whoever the main manager at the pharmacy is always in a mood. I get birthcontrol regularly and I go in at the same time EVERYTIME and each time they tell me I don’t have anything to pick up. It’s bs and I know it is. I asked the tech and she politely asked the head manager who shooed her away and told her she was too busy. I’m sorry but you can be a little bit nicer to your employees AND customers. Actually insane.
The head pharmacist does the same thing each time I come in. Always on the phone and telling her staff what to do in a very non polite nor work appropriate manner. Hopefully CVS checks this one out. I’m tired of it and definitely considering switching to somewhere else

The tall blonde guy at the front desk will belittle you and try to make jokes that are technically insults. He made fun of me for buying a hair product, I have some gray hairs developing. Also, he never checks out anyone from behind the counter, he makes folks go to the self checkout all the time, and, once he did a checkout for me by going in front of the counter (not behind the counter), and turned the screen around, stood right next to me, and in a highly unprofessional way did a checkout, and kept making untasteful jokes.

This is perhaps the most dysfunctional pharmacy I’ve ever used in my whole 40 years of being alive. They don’t Return your calls. They don’t have the knowledge or refused to answer your questions. Nothing can ever be done in one day. It’s always later in the week and they say they’re so busy but I think they’re just lazy. Unfortunately, we have to use CVS because of our insurance and pharmacy prescription plan but this is by far the worst I’ve ever used. I once had a pharmacist They tell me that I already picked up the prescription prescriptions and argued with me that I did Fact I had not, and he had to go back in later said that I did not pick up the Prescriptions but refused to apologize. They’re rude. Customer service is zero. I don’t feel like the employees are properly trained because they never have an answer to a question, Even the simplest question. Truly, the worst go to the one in Buford or Dawsonville never go to this one they’re horrible

Went in yesterday and ask about over the county meds, and the pharmacy did not have time to assist me , plus she was rude . Never go back! Not the first time this has happened at Canton Highway location.

This CVS is super convenient to work and I keep trying to use them as my preferred pharmacy, but honestly they just suck. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but you can’t actually get anyone on the phone, getting refills is such a pain. And they never checked their voicemail. I would hate to switch, but I feel like my time is too valuable to continue to use this pharmacy.

Pharmacy lied to me and told me my doctor never called in the prescription. Then when my doctor called to see what was going on, they lied and said I picked up a different prescription and the computer system had an error. I’m not sure what’s worse, staff lying or the thought that their computer system is having errors with my personal information and they apparently gave my prescription to an unknown person or the wrong person. It’s not comforting to think that a stranger knows my meds I take and my address possibly. Do better with people’s health and personal information CVS.

I would not recommend picking up prescriptions from here. The level of customer service at the Pharmacy is terrible.
I went to pick up my prescription and was the only person at the pharmacy in the store. One tech was serving the drive thru and the manager was on the computer and another tech sat behind the manager at a counter just telling the tech at the drive thru window who to serve. Not sure why I was left waiting for 10 minutes without either of the two who were sat even saying that I would be helped soon. I am moving my prescription to another store. They certainly don’t care about customers at this one.

Let customers wait hrs while letting people stay parked at pickup waiting on prescriptions to be filled. Stupidest business practice I have ever seen.

The CVS Pharmacy on Canton road in Cumming, GA is always clean and good smelling. The employees are knowledgeable and ready to assist when needed. Checkout is quick and help is provided with any coupons.
I recommend this CVS pharmacy
