Tonight picking up my prescriptions I needed to RETURN a shaver (85$) needed a trimmer (did not know)I mistakenly bought 2 days not opened or used with a VALID receipt Jeena acting manager said ICould not return policy Manufactures warranty (it’s not broken) you can’t get your 85$ back li asked when will the manager be back she said I can’t give schedules out I found out in Pharmacy manager/assit on vaca There is a reason for a 2.6 ratingI was returning in a FAIR way keep you posted JULIA

Terrible customer service. I called to inquire about my daughter’s prescription. He told me it would take a couple of hours to research and I would receive a text. Two hours later I did not receive a text. When I called back the gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude.After his attitude I will take my business somewhere else. This store needs to give their employees training on how to speak with their customers.

Dishonest employee experience!! I asked for a larger pack of infant Tylenol and Mortrin at the drive thru window along with other prescriptions. Didn’t realize until I reached home that they sold me the wrong size. Took it back for a return/ exchange but the store employee lied about a corporate policy to not accept its returns even though I showed the receipt from 2 days prior and the boxes were unopened!! I called up customer service and they said it should be returnable but the employee won’t budge even when the customer rep phoned the store desk. I returned the items without any issues at another CVS store. Disappointed to experience this since we’ve picked up prescriptions regularly at this store but we’ll be switching to another pharmacy henceforth.

I was a bystander for this Situation. I Was walking down the aisle when I heard over the speaker the cashier call for the manager. The manager came out from the back repeated three times. Did you call me? The cashier stated that she did try to call before announcing over the intercom but the manager didn’t answer the manager then rudely replied to the cashier. I don’t answer numbers that I don’t know you should have texted me, this was all in front of multiple customers, a description of the manager face piercings with multicolored hair . Considering It is a reputable store like CVS. The managers should really watch how they speak to their employees with or without customers present. After the manager process, the return keeping in mind the manager was rude to the customer the entire time as well. The customer said I would like to purchase these two things. The manager then stated well I’m off the clock she will have to do that. My experience of this store is that the manager was extremely rude and belittling to both customer and employee.

While I love the pharmacy, the people who work in the general store are rude and have no concept of customer service. I went to the photo area to pick up my order. The girl couldn't talk to me because she was eating and had taken such a big bite of food that it took her nearly 20 seconds to swallow. When I told her she shouldn't eat while waiting on customers, she rudely told me she had been there since 745am and was hungry. Furthermore, her appearance was inappropriate. Her hair was filthy and uncombed. Ugh...so disappointed.

Very bad experience in the pharmacy . They early filled my medication and cancelled with out any notice due to which Coupon failed when I ordered again , and with out going into details the employ’s in the pharmacy asking to contact Coupon company to resolve . After some discussion they agreed to talk to coupon company and when I visited again , they started again that they were busy and asking me to contact the coupon company .This pharmacy employs are so ignorant and do not go to the details to serve the customer and above that they simply trouble the customer to do the work which they are suppose to do . Luckily the manager was good to supportMay be the pharmacy employs need to trained to go to details and not just easily escape from the work -Following are the seriesPharmacy did the following1.Early refilled the medication before the schedule2.Applied the coupon3.I did not received the Text message4.pharmacist cancelled the refill with out giving me any notice5.I ordered medication in the app with out above order knowledge6. Pharmacy asked full price with out coupon discount7 . Requested to apply coupon8 Pharmacy replied could not apply the coupon since coupon was applied to previous order which got cancelled9. Pharmacy asked me to contact coupon company10. I refused since the refill was early and could not pickup11. Pharmacy asked me to come back12. When visited again , pharmacy says they are busy and asking me again to contact coupon companyI am not sure why did they not go to details to find that the refill was early and there is a mistake from there side , and blaming the customer that I did not picked up the refill

Horrible the pharmacy is a joke. Bad bad customer service. The pharmacist without even knowing that medicine name the I needed said we don't have it and hung up. Rude!!!!!

Wow 30mins lunch break ok good but please you have multiple staff you can take turns for lunch and not close the pharmacy for straight 30mins. There are sick patients needs medication urgently.Please think of changing this lunch break process.Moreover some staff is very rude need some basic training how to treat people.Thank you but NO thank you.

Disgraceful "service" with what seems like different treatment for different customers. Friday night I scheduled an appointment online for a covid shot this morning. Computer generated reminders confirmed but when I showed up today, the staff was exceptionally rude and dismissive. I had checked in online upon arrival and then went to the correct counter. No one came to talk to me but a woman called to me across the pharmacy department (goodbye privacy) asking what I was doing there. Bottom line turned out that they had run out of the vaccine (having neither contacted me to cancel nor saved enough for people with appointments). A man called out that perhaps the Post Road store might have some, but didn't offer to check. I had to specifically ask him to call them so I'm not driving all over looking for the vaccine that I was already scheduled to have. Eventually I got the shot elsewhere, but had to wait and re-input all information, basically starting from scratch. Turns out my Indian neighbor got the shot this morning as well because this same pharmacy staff personally contacted her as soon as new supply arrived. There is, in my opinion, a huge discrepancy in service and respect offered to some customers over others. About a year and a half ago, the covid vaccine was hard to get and only authorized for a narrow category of high risk individuals. This same Indian friend was at this CVS for another reason and the pharmacist proactively offered her the shot - no questions asked. Her in-laws, also Indian, then came and got it as well. She called and told me so I immediately went to get my shot too. The pharmacist grilled me about whether I met the qualifications (e.g., immunocompromised, cancer, etc.) and then turned me away, refusing to give me the shot he had just given to my neighbor (both of us are senior so age was not a factor). Preferential treatment? You decide but I will never go to the CVS at Castleberry & Bethelview Roads again,

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero. This pharmacy has gone downhill quickly. It's hard to get anyone that understands the language enough to get a message across or an answer. A few times I've been told my medicine is ready for pick up. When I go, they charge full price and I see it hasn't been submitted to insurance. They then say well it needs a PA. I then say so request a PA from the Dr. like you always do. They then say we can give you a coupon. I tell them no, I don't pay for prescriptions. They then say ok it will take a few days. I've asked why are they no longer calling for a PA when required, having me come in to just be told I need a PA but they can give me a coupon. Their response, I put for PA. I repeat myself and they respond I put for PA. This is like the 4th time I waste my lunch for this same dance. These new people they have hired are crashing this place quickly. Many from my area and people I talk to at the gym are telling me they've switched to publix and love it. That's where I'm going. The older pharmacist with glasses and blading is awesome. That's all this pharmacy has left. These new hires.....UGH

When I purchased a cosmetic, they mentioned I can return if not opened. I went today to return as it was not opened, they didn’t accept for return which is not at all acceptable.

Closing a pharmacy for “lunch” for 30 min when there are multiple people working in the pharmacy during this time is absolutely absurd. My son is home sick with 104° fever, but the pharmacists need a 30 min “lunch break” get it together CVS and staff accordingly!!! Who closes for lunch?!

The staff, not pharmacist, is the absolute worst. They are rude, slow and always help those of similar ethnicity first. I will start videoing and sharing the videos. Discrimination at its finest.

I’m not big fan of this place . BUT I’m giving five star because of the staff . Specially Mr. Matt, he really understood as what the customer going through. I was literally being sent back and forth between Kroger and CVS. At first kroger , then Kroger tells me about how insurance not being covered. Then sent to cvs, then I’m being told have to wait 30 min for the antibiotic. I come back then I’m being told they don’t have eye drop. I just wanted pick up 5 medication for my little girl . Matt stepped in and empathized and was very extremely understanding! Exceptional customer service. He did everything so I can at least get all my medicines for my daughter . He took extra step of calling Kroger and making sure by going back to Kroger they will have the medicine. He also took the time to explain what each medication how use it with food or no food . Thank you Matt for amazing customer service. I hope other staff learn a thing or two from this person. That’s how customer service should be and care actually for customers . Take time explain how use each medicines.
