Very bad experience with a lady today evening. My 2yrs old pick some things in the cart. My wife wanted to keep them back in the rack but a lady with a big face she started shouting on us that she work a lot to keep those 3-4 things back on rack. I never experience with any one like this in any CVS Pharmacy. I always had a great experience in other CVS.

I had a great experience at CVS thanks to Caleb! He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. It’s always refreshing to interact with someone who’s friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers. Thanks, Caleb, for making my visit smooth and pleasant!

Went to check for swollen fingers injury. Doctor quickly diagnosed and taped it. V good to have an orthopedic doctor for emergencies.

Erica was SO wonderful . She genuinely left me speechless w how helpful , sweet , kind & caring she was . I’m so blown away by her character she is the good in people we need - seriously ! I can’t thank her enough for what she helped me w . I just hope her company knows how good of an employee they have & they better do their best to take care of her & develop her before another company snatches her up . She deserves so much & it was such a PLEASURE to meet her . Thank you again Erica <3

This CVS is awesome. They are always fully stocked ! So, when I look at other CVS’s near me. I will know that this CVS at this location will have what I need. The cashier that helped me on this occasion , today was super friendly! I decided to go ahead and do a review . The receipt has her name as Anely ! Customer service skills are important to me, and I feel like this cashier needs to be recognized! Clean store too!

Erica the shift supervisor was super helpful!! She helped me fix my card and add it to my email. She was sooo friendly as well. I highly recommend her at this location !!!

Right as I walked in with my friends, the asset protection worker (prevents stealing), an old bald man walks up to us and says, “If you’re not going to buy anything, you can leave.” He said this so rudely when all we did was walk in??? We went on with our purchases anyway. Wont be shopping here again. :)

The best CVS location I’ve been too. Juliana and Érica were so kind to assist and there customer at check out was excellent. Will continue to make the drive to come down.

Horrible customer service, went in last night with my siblings to buy an item my local cvs doesn’t sell. Since we are young two big workers ( hispanic ladies) started following us as soon as we went in, watching us and giving rude stares. We were walking around because WE CAN AND ITS A STORE… and they announce on the intercom about checking cameras to insinuate were stealing. I am a former CVS manager and I know policy states you cannot accuse a customer of stealing even if you believe they are. That is stated in multiple AP training. Some red headed miserable looking manager followed us to our car and took pictures of us and our car. I didn’t end up buying anything because I found it extremely rude, will take this up to corporate because I know as a former manager this behavior towards customers isn’t okay. This store will never make money if they just assume all customers are theirs.

They have a manager there name Adrienne very long face very rude doesn’t smile extremely rude. Literally came to me when I walked in there. I bought a product a make up product from Revlon which I’ve never heard this before but they wouldn’t exchange it and give me my money back. I ended up getting a different color but if I didn’t do that I wouldn’t even got my money back. I would’ve had to call the Revelon she said, and all I said to her was wow that’s odd, so how would I know that this product wouldn’t work until I opened it And she just sat there and looked at me and told me not to be loud to her and I wasn’t even being loud. I was just asking her that question, how funny, She must be a lefty. she was extremely rude. That place is so overly priced there’s a reason why that place is never busy. It’s right there at the collections . I live right beside this place and I work at the collections and I have my own barbershop and she talk to me unprofessionally. I am a paying customer and you don’t disrespect people that come in there and buy things. I told her you don’t talk that way to a customer a paying customer very rude. Her name is Adrienne. Terrible management didn’t even smile she don’t even belong to a manager .

let me tell you how INCONSIDERATE this young worker was. im NEVER coming back. i was out to buy a pregnancy test and this maybe 17 year old worker with bangs followed me as soon as i came in, im assuming because i am younger. i went to go get it, and she followed me into the aisle. obviously this is embarrassing buying one at my age so i tried to play it cool and went to get aquaphor. i wanted privacy shopping. she then followed me there aswell, constantly asking questions of "are you sure you dont need help?". also, i was walking around with cash visibly in my hand, so obviously i wasnt here to shoplift. i wanted my privacy and shouldve got this done quick, but she invaded that and made me extremely uncomfortable and furious. when i finally grabbed it, i walked towards the self check out and placed it on a shelf, to call my mom that i have it. she then came up right in front of my face, and YELLED "wheres that pregnancy test you took?" as it was visibly on the shelf. i was ashamed and embarrassed, and as i was checking out, i heard her voice on the intercom saying "checking all cameras". i had a horrible experience here and i am absolutly never coming back. i should be able to have privacy while shopping as well as not being followed around being harassed. i was obviously being targeted due to my age and i hope she gets fired.

The customer service is horrible. Instead of greeting me the first thing that stated is that the store closes in 10 minutes. My response was OK and when I need assistance on an item, the clerk had an attitude like I was bothering them. The bad part is while I’m doing self check out I have two clerks standing near me, hovering over me with their purses, jackets and keys cause they’re ready to go. The clerk made sure that I was informed that that’s why they shut everything down 10 minutes prior to closing so they can leave on time. If a customers in the store then you have to wait for the customer to leave. I respect everybody’s time but don’t rush me out of the store and don’t treat me like my money isn’t valued because you’re ready to go. I will drive to the three cities over before I ever come back to this CVS location these two young ladies need some Customer Service training.
