DO NOT GO HERE! Most employed in pharmacy are not from here and speak little to no English. They keep losing my prescription repeatedly. Multiple, multiple times I’ve had to call my doctor to get rx resent. I’ll be going back to Publix regardless. Unacceptable!!!

This branch is fantastic, especially with Sadie who really helpful she have a nice personality and she happy to help. I advise this branch to everyone because of the nice helpful person who work. add this branch and add to the value. Take the customer service to the next level.

I needed to buy fever reducer for my son, the sign says they close at 11:00 and the employees just locked up the store at 10:33…thanks!

Went here tonight for a last minute need. Online it stated they were open until 11pm so I drove there. I arrive about 10:40 and lights were on but doors closed and locked. Could not see any employees. Thought maybe I had gotten it wrong so I checked the doors for schedule/hours, which also confirmed the store should be open until 11pm. Tried calling the store and couldn’t get anyone on phone. While waiting in parking lot, lights all go out to inside and outside of store. Seems like someone was closing up early and didn’t want to be bothered … FYI this occurred on Sunday 1/12.

Went to take some money out of the atm which only gives 20’s
Asked an employee if I could swap them for a 100 they had watch me take the money out of the atm. They spoke to the manager and the manger said no. They didn’t even give me a reason why! I will never be back as i felt discriminated! I have never met such a rude manager ever!

Wasted an hour driving out here for a minute clinic appointment. They had no issue contacting me 77 times to confirm my appointment but didn’t bother to confirm they could provide the service I booked.

I have been getting flu shots for the whole family for the last 5 years, always smoothly. We went today and it was a complete disaster. They first called me to ask for my insurance information, what didn’t change during the last years, asked me for that again when I got there, asked me for personal information that I already filled in the form when I made the appointment, after more than half an hour waiting we got our shot, in a bad and painful way.
Then they decided to cancel the appointment to my children, then we had a hard time trying to get the shot with a super rude attitude. I’ll never come back.

This is the WORST pharmacy!! They are beyond slow, not the most friendly and not overly helpful. If this wasn’t the preferred through my insurance, you couldn’t pay me to go there!! The front of the store staff are always friendly and helpful.

The minute clinic here is so slow , you have an appointment , and still wait 20-36 min to be seen. The need to hire faster , shilled professionals. The cvs tech Maui is her name is rude and unprofessional.
