Pharmacist has no knowledge or unfit to serve as pharmacy lady is so rude why CVS management doesn’t care unless they agree with the way/rude behavior they serve.

This store sucks. Staff is extremely rude and do what ever they feel like, which includes kicking kids out for shopping at their store. There logic is “A kids let’s go kick them out for no reason hehe” DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible customer service. Not sure why Val still works there because she goes out of her way to be rude and not help.

They remember me and are so kind. They are super professional and I've had to ask the pharmacist questions and he has been amazing.

Extremely rude pharmacist-- didnt even know her own coworkers name while I was there. Wouldnt help me with transferring a prescription and hung up on me after being very rude.... I was not nasty at all just trying to figure out where the miscommunication was but now I have to reach out to my Dr and wait even longer for my rx :(

Not a complain about the sore but about CVS new phone system that makes it impossible to talk to the pharmacy. The most annoying phone service.

worst experience, ever had with the pharmacist. both are so rude and showed their frustration by banging the tables and it was all their mistakes.
they dont have patience or knowledge to explain the issue or reason for delay.
with this unstable mindset, it is a risk for any one. please double check the tablets before taking them.
I was there to pick my refill which was sent to them at 8:15 am by my urologist. as I know that this CVS
normally take several hrs and I stopped by at 7:30 PM. At first she said there are no prescriptions for me and when I insisted that this was sent in the morning and then she said, I have one prescription. again I insisted that there should be 2 medicines and both are refill.
now she said yes, she has two but she said the qty doesn't match and I have to talk to my Dr for a new prescription. she had no clue on what was prescribed. she kept saying I have to talk to the Dr, I was asking her what should I tell my Dr? but she don't know what to tell and her so called boss came up and without understanding the situation, he asked me to stop arguing and they have to close by 8 pm. I said I am not arguing just asking some clarification and now she said my insurance doesn't cover the tablet. I said, let me pay for that and what exactly is the issue. Finally she said, swing around and so that she can fill the medicine.
when I came back agin she gave only one medic and when I asked for the 2nd one, I have to call her next day and check.
so rude and unprofessional pharmacist.

Made an online order and had to call to check on an hour later as I wasn't contacted for pickup time. Order lost, suggested I order again, no I paid for this one. Find it. Here's the order number but HA they apparently can't look it up that way. Call disconnected twice. Finally they found the order, was told I could pick up thru pharmacy drive thru. Again, no. They were clueless and rude. Never again will I shop at CVS.

Came in this evening to grab a few items and checked out at the self check out and there were absolutely no bags to put my items in. Tried to find the employee who was working the front and could not locate them. I had to carry all my items out with my hands. This store definitely needs better customer service.

I have been a customer of this CVS for years. The past few years the (pharmacists) mostly the two older women, can be very rude, short, and condescending. Mr. Clay is by far the best, most courteous, and most attentive to customers needs pharmacist in that location and one of the best pharmacists I have ever dealt with. He could teach them a thing or two about customer service. I maybe wasting my precious time with this post as I see several negative posts and not a single acknowledgment from CVS, but at least other people will be smart enough to avoid this location all together.

The pharmacy tech in the drive thru is very passive aggressive. We wanted to use a good rx coupon for both medications which take not even a minute since I work as a pharmacy technician at Publix and as a pharmacy technician you are suppose stand there and change every price if you have to in order to suit the customers financial needs and give them a better pricing. It was freezing cold so we went through the drive through and she was giving me and my mother the biggest attitude for just wanting to use good rx on just TWO medications. We ended up paying the insurance price for one medication anyway because it was way too cold to step outside and her aggressiveness just made us want to leave and not deal with her again. I also called over the phone to cancel those two prescriptions earlier in the day to avoid this exact situation because I know this pharmacy always has issues but they never did, and I just ended up picking them up anyway since they were already there and I am sick of always calling them to get things right. I’m picking up from Publix pharmacy next time cause at least they would be willing to do their job at least with a better attitude.
