Repeat customer, each January for my husbands birthday, I order a birthday arrangement (approx $90.00). This year 2024 I picked up the arrangement on a Tuesday afternoon at approx 2:30pm. (I asked no honey due melon in the arrangement so they subbed cantaloupe). Wednesday (next day) we ate some of the fruit from the bouquet and all was good. On Friday morning we pulled off a few pieces of the cantaloupe and pineapple and they were slimy-the freshest thing in the basket were the strawberries which we ate. I washed some of the cantaloupe and the pineapple so we might b able to eat but even that did not take off the slimy feel to the fruit.I have never had fruit to go bad this fast from any basket I have bought in the past…you should not make your baskets up until they are ordered. They should last more than 3 days. I will not be ordering from you again. VERY UNHAPPY and DISAPPOINTED? P.Ash

I recently had a great experience ordering a birthday arrangement at this location, the product quality and customer service was excellent, we can call them as fruit engineer, they have creativity :),I would highly recommend visiting this shop for anyone looking for a unique and delicious treat.

If you plan on ordering an Edible Arrangement please be aware! I have not had a great experience so far. My mother passed on Friday before Christmas and a friend of mine in Tenn. sent one to my home on Sat. We did not know it was coming. I was out making funeral arrangements and my father who is 82 years old was home. The arrangement arrived around 5 - 5:30pm. When they delivered they handed my father the arrangement, a bundle of flowers and small box of cookies. The arrangement had some condensation in it when it arrived and my father had no clue what an edible arrangement was. He did know what to do with it and left it on the counter till I arrived home later that evening. There was no instructions on the package for him to refrigerate, no information from the delivery driver. I called the store and explain that when I arrived home the entire basket had contestation on it, the fruit was warm, the chocolate was melting and the bag was leaking. I own the fact that this was our fault and not theirs. However what has really made me upset was that when I called on Sat. I was told the owner was out shopping at Costco and I would get a call back when she was avail. I was okay with that, Sunday came and went, Christmas was on Monday so I called them again on Tuesday, this time the owner once again was not avail. and the girl on the phone said we don't replace baskets so there was nothing they can do. I said I understand but would still like to talk to the owner. I called again on Wed. still not avail but was given a promise that I would hear back by Thursday morning. It is currently 4 pm and I have been waiting for that call to come in. To be honest, I can care less about the fruit, I am upset my friends spent hundreds of dollars on this and the owner can not take 5 mins to return a phone call. Perhaps, I am being emotional as there is a lot going on right now but I too, own my own business and I know how important it is for customer service. I am just asking for 5 mins of her time! That's all!

I've used this location off an on over the years to send gifts to my mother and sister and they've been great. This year especially surprised me as Makayla from their store gave me a call as a reminder for my sisters Birthday a week in advance. I've never received surprise personalized service before and it was a delight. She was extremely patient and professional and I'd recommend her to anyone. =) Thank you!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. We pre ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Grandparent’s Day, received a call on the holiday from the store that they couldn’t deliver. They said their driver called out, which I understand. She then said DoorDash wouldn’t deliver since it was 1 mile out of range. Owner was unwilling to contact DoorDash to see if they would deliver due to the circumstances. She said they could deliver tomorrow or recipient could pick up. Are you kidding? Mom , go get your gift . I asked if she was the owner and she said yes, I then asked why she couldn’t deliver it herself when the store closed at 1:00. She told me she “did NOT want to” I can not fathom a business owner not wanting to help a customer. This is the second time we’ve had an issue with this location. I’m flabbergasted that the owner was completely unwilling to help get an arrangement delivered for a special occasion.

THE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE! If the gift recipient is not available by phone or text within the 2 hour window provided, the store's policy allows for 3 options: refund the gift giver 50% of the purchase price, pay an additional $14.99 for redelivery, or gift recipient can drive to the store for pickup (which may be a far distance away). BE VERY SURE YOUR GIFT RECIPIENT IS AVAILABLE DURING THIS STORE'S VERY NARROW DELIVERY WINDOW OR YOU WILL CREATE A HASSLE FOR THEM!!!

Bought a brownie which was good little mushier than I expect and I also bought a little cheesecake which totaled out to be $10.68 together, the cashier was nice everything was nice, except for the fact that the cheesecake is as hard as a brick

Pricey/$ but much appreciated!Conducted weeks ago, ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered to the nurses and Patient Care Technicians attending to my wife at the Northside Hospital Forsyth who were, all, superb! They greatly appreciated our gesture as they do not usually receive recognition in this way.I initially ordered one large fruit basket but decided to change that order into two basket sizes, sizes just below the large size, and dedicated each, one to Day Shift and one to Night Shift, to ensure that neither shift was short-changed. Picture, enclosed, of the basket for the Night Shift held in the office in reserve as the Day Shift basket had already been released.Majju* was my contact at Edible Arrangements for this order and she was most helpful.* I may have mistyped her name into my iPhone and perhaps should be Maiju. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered an expensive fruit arrangement to be delivered to a friend. The wrong or incorrect order was delivered to her home. I attempted to call the store that day and each day following for three days. Finally, the store owner called me back four days later and immediately was ranting about how I was wrong and she didn’t know what I was talking about. She continued to text me from her personal device demanding that I return the fruit basket that was delivered to my friends home 4 days ago if I wanted a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. I do not recommend this location AT ALL.

I ordered a Sweet Love Platter and a Fruit Festival from this Edible Arrangements store as pictured here and was very happy with what I received. The chocolate on the strawberries was well coated so it did not flake off and the Fruit Festival was really well organized and had a nice bouquet touch! The fruits were also fresh, tasted delicious, and bountiful in quantity. Would definitely recommend and order again!

I’ve ordered two times last month from the Edible Arrangements store in Cummings. Each time they went beyond the call of duty to prepare the order and deliver it. The order looked fantastic and I was told that it was absolutely delicious. My friend was over the moon with everything including the exceptional delivery and care. Plus I made a few new friends at the shop! My local shop here in Chicago could take a few lessons from them because I can’t get that type of excellent service from my local shop. If your looking to get something special, created with love and special care that looks terrific and tastes fantastic plus excellent service at a reasonable price...the shop in Cummings is your to go to place! Try them you won’t be disappointed!

This place is incredible!!! I went to the store to get an idea of what the size difference was between two particular arrangements and the staff listened to what I was looking for and actually saved me some money by recommending an entirely different option. They threw in all sorts of freebies to make the arrangement extra special for the occasion. I was really impressed by the friendliness and helpful nature of the team. They really made this thank you gift very special and I appreciate the hard work that went into it. Highly recommend this location to anybody looking to send an arrangement. And the people receiving the gift loved it too!!!!
