Shipped a shoebox today. It was thick cardboard, but was told I had to have another box to put it in. Okay. Their box was $7.50. That’s not the cost to ship, but the cost for a tiny cardboard box.I’ve been to this location many times. The employee was nice and he doesn’t set the policies, but this is price gouging plain and simple. FedEx price gouges their customers. Their brand is completely ruined in my eyes, I’ll never step foot in a fed ex location again.

They don't pick up the phone. Went in store, was told "My AT&T sYsTeM iS dOwN I Can'T hElP yOu" Waste of your time to consider this place.

Because of their team member Rashaunda, they now have a loyal customer in me! I needed to print signs on a foam board and was advised by a friend to get in touch with the local FedEx before purchasing. I called and was connected with Rashaunda who assisted me every step of the way. Literally! She called several times making sure I was satisfied with order and personally reviewed the proofs before I submitted the order. She went above and beyond. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service she provided. My order was ready for pick-up two days later. I was so glad to finally meet Rashaunda in person! She was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. My signs came out perfect! The store is inside Walmart. The staff all wore masks and there were social distancing markers on the floor. I will definitely use this FedEx location again!

Inaccurate hours of operation. Please update google maps! I arrived at this location prior to 8pm and left at 8:205 on 2/21 and it was closed! Online it says open until 10pm.When it was open service was good.

Placed an order online, said it would be complete two days later. Showed up and not only was my order not ready, they couldn't refund it because it was placed online and the person didn't have manager access to refund it. Check the Google reviews, there's a reason this store has 1 star. It has horrible customer service.
