I had the best experience with a FedEx drop-off. I dropped off 6 bags and it was pleasantly surprising that someone was willing to go out of their way to help me unload, load and tag the bags correctly. A big shout out and thank you to Emily at this location for going over and beyond to help me drop off my bags in a seamless fashion. She pushed her lunch break by 30 minutes to help me with all my bags.. Thank you so much again, Emily. I am grateful and I know for a matter of fact that I was a handful with so many bags to drop-off.. so I definitely needed to review the service here.
