Avoid using the Peachtree Parkway Walmart location at all costs, and I strongly advise against choosing any facility associated with the Braselton distribution center. In a regrettable attempt to save a mere 5 minutes, I made the colossal mistake of dropping off my large box at this particular Walmart. Although the package was picked up the following day, it took the FedEx Ground driver an ENTIRE MONTH to deliver it to the next station, which happened to be the Braselton distribution center. Frustratingly, I almost lost hope during this period and initiated the claim process, only to have it denied for a seemingly trivial reason. It was only after a month that my box was finally delivered, leaving me bewildered as to why the driver held onto it for such an extended period without any apparent accountability.

I have been to this location many times because of convenience but off-late the experience is souring. Fedex also needs to improve some employee conditions such as providing them a restroom within the facility instead of forcing them to use the Walmart one - this has led to the closure of the facility when there is only one employee and they need to use the restroom.- They only have 1 open printer and someone can hog up the machine trying to decide which files to print. The $80 limit on a transaction doesn't prevent this. This is no forced timeout. I just waited over 25 mins to print/copy for 2 mins. And in the interim, the following ensued.- Employees have twice now offered me to help with the printing NEVER ONCE informing me that there is a surcharge for this help. I can understand the surcharge but it should only be applied if the customer seeks help - not when the employee says "Here, I can help you out." This is either employee training or pure sneaky business strategy. I paid it the first time since the ratio of printed work to surcharge was like 1:4. This latest instance, I refused to pay and had them shred the documents that were printed.- Many a times, I have found the location to be closed during listed business hours - can't be sure if this is related to the restroom issue I mentioned or if employees are late.

I called them the entire day, no one picked up the call. I called customer service, and they weren't able to help as well. Absolute waste of time. Would not consider Fedex for future banner and poster printing.

Sign says the associate will be back at 1:45. I’ve been waiting since 1:30. Now 2:01 and no one is here. Waste of time.

I'm here at 9:30 am. The sign says it opens at 9 am and no one is here. At 9:37 someone finally comes in but says I have to wait another 15 mins before she can give me boxes. So unprofessional!

Ms. Z. helped me with the whole process of printing (from phone/payment/printing) in a pleasant, kind and professional manner. The printed copies did not come out right and she quickly re-copied them. It’s nice to see employees who like their jobs and are helpful as well.

Because of their team member Rashaunda, they now have a loyal customer in me! I needed to print signs on a foam board and was advised by a friend to get in touch with the local FedEx before purchasing. I called and was connected with Rashaunda who assisted me every step of the way. Literally! She called several times making sure I was satisfied with order and personally reviewed the proofs before I submitted the order. She went above and beyond. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service she provided. My order was ready for pick-up two days later. I was so glad to finally meet Rashaunda in person! She was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. My signs came out perfect! The store is inside Walmart. The staff all wore masks and there were social distancing markers on the floor. I will definitely use this FedEx location again!

I was able to print a copy of our first ultrasound with no issues. We needed help with this since I had to scan to be able to print it. The person helping us was very helpful. I was very surprised since this was inside a Walmart, I thought it was not going to be a good experience, but I left there very satisfied.

Very difficult to find unless you know it is inside walmart. The sign outside is small and not noticeable.
