Do not buy mixed stain here. I don't know what is wrong with their machine, but I ordered a nice dark shade for my fence and it came out as a light gray and they tried to refuse to refund me $50. I wouldn't mind if it was a couple shades off, but this is a completely different color group and everything. I couldn't believe they gave me a hard time after seeing the picture. The guy told me I should have bought a sample and I said if I bought a sample, I would want a refund on that as well. This is not acceptable.

This is not our normal Home Depot, but maybe it should be. A young lady in the aisles helped us find the cleaning supplies as they are not in the same location at the home depot we frequent. In checking out, Denise was very friendly and helped us to check out. The experience here was very good.

My issue is with a vendor they promote in this store. We signed up for AC check. Horrible experience. They had no intention of fixing or Servicing our 2 units. They are there to sell you a completely new system. They claimed that various parts needed replaced. They never even explained why my furnace would not heat. I cancelled the follow up appointment and they still called me 20 times and left messages. The companies yelp reviews are terrible. ARS Rooter. I would expect Home Depot to have better partners.

this is really about the customer service not the products, if you try to call them FORGET it, they simply dont answer. instead of having us drive 20 mins and 20 mins back just to see if a product is in is stupid. JUST ANSWER THE PHONE, and no it doesnt tell me online, its says on the web page you have to go into store to see if its available, but if they would just answer the phone and give me a yes/no that would be amazing

Excellent customer service. I bought blinds at another store who's machine was broken and they would not return them. Home Depot took care of everything in a very professional manner. Thanks guys especially Walter.

My wife and I found ourselves in need of some serious assistance and in a time crunch. Nate & Kevin turned what was a major problem into an amazing experience with the best attitude I've ever experienced and the best customer service around. Every time we use this log splitter we will think of you guys. The community of Cumming is lucky to have Nate & Kevin at our local Home Depot. I have never been so proud to support Orange, and this is coming from life long Bulldawg fans. We will always search out Nate & Kevin if we are in need of help at Home Depot or if nothing else just to say hello and thank them again.

I have done business with this store for YEARS. ALL of my appliance purchases for nearly two decades have been from Home Depot and for the last 16 years from this particular store. I've dealt with the same salesperson for most of those purchases. This time Home Depot has done me really wrong. I bought a $2000 refrigerator for which I had to wait over a month for. Yesterday, the delivery came, and the delivery crew bringing it through the front door...literally ripped off the water dispenser with my front door. My front door has damaged. They say, "I'm sorry" and "I'm pretty sure they will send out a new one by Friday. Sign here. Goodbye." They took the damaged refrigerator and left. I called the salesperson I've been so loyal to for years and he said, "Call me in a couple of days if you don't hear from SAMSUNG". SAMSUNG???? I bought this from Home Depot, and it was my understanding that the delivery people represent HD! When I asked the sales person about the damage to my door, he said, "Oh that's on them. They're insured. You have to go after them to fix the damage." WHAT??? I don't even know who these people are!!! This morning I called the HD 800 and sure enough, she sweetly let me know this wasn't a Home Depot problem anymore and transferred me to Samsung. There I was told that my refrigerator was backordered and that the soonest they could process my "return" (yes, that's what they are calling it) was MAY 7!!! She was kind enough to transfer my issue to the Escalation team to see IF they can find a refrigerator somewhere that they can deliver to me sooner. What an incredible disappointment this purchase has been. I understand supply chain issues. What I don't get is incompetent delivery crew and lack of help from a company I gave over $2000 to. I'm sure Samsung isn't gonna repair the door and I have no clue who the delivery people were. (Apparently, Home Depot doesn't know either!) Oh, and I have a dinner party in two days. Home Depot just shifted my loyalty elsewhere!

Let me just run you through my search for some Hostas...Hostas: I walk everywhere and don't see any hostas anywhere. Go to the small indoor section where bulbs are and see two workers. Ask them, they say they work for a different vendor and not HD but they've not seen any bulbs for hostas, doublecheck and they're right. Guy says check outside with ground cover plants. I already did but looked again, nothing. Go to garden center cashier and ask. "I'm just the cashier assigned out here and know nothing about the plants at all, but the guy over there does, he works in garden center." Points to another guy. I go over to him, Do you have any hostas in stock? He replies, "I don't know what that is." I blink a couple times. Tried to explain what they are and he says, "I'm really not sure what's out there. Its all managed by Rebel nurseries. They're here from 8-2 most days, setting stuff out and rearranging things. I know about the rest of the department though."I gave up and went to look at cushions.

I never thought i'd be thoroughly disgusted with a hardware store, but here I am. Using rat poison to kill rats is INHUMANE! Today we saw a sick/dying rat, which most likely ingested said poison. It appeared to be in a sluggish state, and didn't move much. At first glance it looks deceased, which was clearly not the case. The worker tried sweeping the poor thing with a broom into a dust pan, but it thankfully scurried away. This is truly sickening. STOP THESE INHUMANE ACTS! If necessary, buy humane live-traps (such as the one below). Make sure to check these hourly and release them within this time as they can get dehydrated/stressed and may die quickly. There's a Home Depot in Suwanee that would get a rating from me of a nine on a scale of 1 to 10 in customer service while this store earns a one. Barely.I approached a group of four employees talking in the aisle, and none of them wanted to help me. They pointed at each other and then the one who said she would help me in a minute walked off having a personal conversation with another employee. I had to go find the one employee in the store who actually wanted to help me. She was great but by then I wasn't excited about giving Home Depot my money. I found the item I wanted for $20 cheaper on Amazon and ordered it as I left without doing any shopping at Home Depot. Amazon has it all. I was just there to try to support my local store. If it was mutual that would have been nice. Don't blame Jeff Bezos for taking over the world. Blame bad retail service.
