The owner is a terrible human. I insist on going to vitamin shoppe. They have better associates and more options. Gnc is just a dying company trying to gold on to what they have. Do not give this owner any of your business!

Warning: GNC Lakeland Plaza Does Not Honor Rewards Points
I had a very disappointing experience at the GNC at 552 Lakeland Plaza, Cumming, GA.
Four weeks ago, I was told by a clerk that I had earned loyalty points and could redeem them for a discount, but a manager had to approve it. I came back multiple weekends and was repeatedly told the manager was not available. Today, I finally spoke with the manager, Patric, who refused to honor my points (worth about $50).
Patric told me, “I paid for everything here, not corporate,” and said that if I spent $100, he might offer me $20 off — completely dismissing my earned rewards. He also claimed that I had no discounts left because the discount fields were now grayed out. However, just two days earlier (Saturday), the discount fields were still active when I visited the store.
Overall, this was a frustrating and misleading experience. I made purchases at GNC trusting that I could use my rewards, only to be denied unfairly. I am now contacting GNC corporate and warning others to be cautious with loyalty points at this location.

Why this store still exists , only innocent people will buy product here when it is available less price in online . Also they cancel the every online order with store pickup. The price are not reasonable and it looks like all GNC stores are just showcases

This location cancelled our order and refused to fulfill the order because they wanted to charge us more than the amount we ordered it for online. The owner, surrender , was very rude. He laughed . Not sure why he thought it was funny that we had driven an hour to find out that they cancelled the order.They cancelled the order and it said because they were out of stock. This was not true. They had the items in the store and we saw them. Bad business.

Mr. Patrick wonderfully helped me with my purchase. He gave me a lot of info about how protein powders work, and the best advice for weight loss. He was extremely helpful and informative and I really appreciate my experience!

Well, I had no idea there was a GNC tucked into the corner of this shopping plaza. We have hit the gym there multiple times, but when I went to look up the closest GNC and realized it was in the same area, I was shocked. Not very visible depending on what direction you are going. One of my birthday presents was some Ghost preworkout I had wanted to try, but my boyfriend accidentally got the wrong stuff and Amazon is sold out so we hit GNC because they had some in stock. The guy there was nice, but not super knowlegeable on the preworkouts. They have our fav there, but I've wanted to try Ghost because our friends said it was bomb. Unfortunately, other than a thermogenic effect which I don't even care to have I didn't really feel it did anything, and it's super pricey because you only get twenty five servings for $44.99. Boo!Well, GNC is a good avenue to find a bunch of different protein powders, supplements, shakes, cookies, etc. I'm glad they are here, but I'd rather buy online any day.

Great experiences coming here! The guy working was very knowledgeable and helpful! GNC used to be super overpriced but now it is comparable to Amazon prices so I can just go and get it same price without waiting for mail.

Selection was decent however the owner was pushy. After responding several times that we did not need assistance he continued to shadow us. After making my purchase he proceeded to tell me that what I bought was only popular because of instagram and that I should buy the GNC brands only. I didn’t ever ask for his advice and it seems like the after the fact info was not necessary. Will only order online from now on and not from GNC!

Always has an excuse not to accept a coupon that is sent via GMC app, tries to sale you GNC brand instead of your preference and if you don't pay attention when you use cash off on the app they don't apply it
