Nice clean place, but the rates constantly change

I run a connecting business and see people get stuck in there all the time. Today a customer got stuck in there and could not get out. I go into the building and they have some sort of horrible “digital manager” system that says “a manager will be with you shortly” a manager shows up on the screen (not even in person) and after several minutes of arguing she gives me a temporary code, the code doesn’t even work so I go back in to the screen and no one even pops up on it after the count down.
Truly an absurd business model.

This feed back is on Angie. Angie was knowledgeable, patient dealing with a senior, very polite, she me to finalize a decision for the reason I call. I thank her for reassuring me to stay with my option. Guys she is a keeper.

My access code keeps not working, and due to them only using an automated system for calls it has regularly taken HOURS for me to get anyone to talk to me.

Finally got my refund after giving them this review. This is not how business is done if you want to stay in business. They want me to change my review since they now gave me a refund, so I took out one word. The rating will not changeStill waiting on a refund that was confirmed by management 3 weeks later.Tried to rent online. I paid my initial $31.77 for insurance and partial first month. They apparently need you to come in to finish paperwork (does not say this anywhere until after you sign up).The office hours do not align with any practical time that I can come in. I emailed multiple times and was finally promised after 3 emails that the $31.77 would be refunded. 3 weeks later I am still impatiently awaiting my refund.These facilities are a dime a dozen, and they are everywhere. Don't waste your time or money here.

My appointment with Nicole at the James Burgess location was outstanding! I was given a tour of the facility and was advised of the policies and procedures from A-Z. I couldn't ask for better and friendlier service! Although I'm a newbie I think all will go well!

Was behind on payment due to not working post partum for a few weeks but I caught up and went to get my stuff, was locked out, ok I get it, it was a sunday- whatever, go back Monday- still locked out, Tuesday forgot my keys and I spent so much in gas going 50 miles one way for 3 straight days I got behind again, wouldn't have been a problem if I could've just gotten my stuff out Monday, fast forward I finally got a ride to get my stuff (totaled car recently) and it was all mildewed and covered in roaches - no food or dishes in unit, spent hundreds these last few months just for nearly everything to be ruined.
