Store manager “Tanika” is rude, when I did a return she didn’t even say hello and looked as if she hated doing it. I can’t imagine how it feels working for her she definitely makes the work environment a lot more difficult then it has to be.

Manager on staff today was super rude. Quick to answer questions with false statements. Not my usual experience at other Goodwills.

Depending on who is there, some people are flexible for donation some others are really picky, like they want new, and in perfect condition.
