Store manager “Tanika” is rude, when I did a return she didn’t even say hello and looked as if she hated doing it. I can’t imagine how it feels working for her she definitely makes the work environment a lot more difficult then it has to be.

Manager on staff today was super rude. Quick to answer questions with false statements. Not my usual experience at other Goodwills.

Depending on who is there, some people are flexible for donation some others are really picky, like they want new, and in perfect condition.

Went to this Goodwill and saw four beautiful chairs listed under one price. We bought them immediately and told them we will come pick them back up shortly. From when we left, and when we got back, they went and changed the price to not a set, but each chair being a certain price. They came out with one chair after we literally have a receipt showing that we were supposed to be given four chairs under the original price.
SHADY business here.

Had a lovely time today. Store has changed a lot since i was last in. I love the way there are colour coded displays- i ended up buying a lot of green things i didn't come in after! Frank was the absolute sweetest when he rang me up for my purchase. I have never had a more pleasant experience. Thank you Frank!

I was over charged and call three days in row to let the manager know and no answer.
I was not able to comeback to the store I am here today and the manager makes me feel I am the dishonest one when her cashier can’t even speak English. Loyal to this store for a long time, I have donated a lot of clothes the lease that the manager can do is apologize I was not looking for my $14 that they took from me. I was looking for an apology. I was a manager of a thrift store 40,000 ft.² in Sandy Springs And never would. I have made anyone feel that they were dishonest. I’m not coming to the store again what for?

I'm a reseller bof books and video games, This store is one of the few that doesn't do e-commerce I got so many great deals here and it's my favorite thrift in Metro Atlanta. I wish the rest of the goodwill would follow this stores lead and go back to putting items in store. E-commerce is to labor intensive and shipping is so high let's make all the stores like Cumming.

There are 2 employees here who were very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional to me. Benjamin and Tanisha. Benjamin lied to me about the location of multiple items and then acted like he didn’t know where they were after I asked him a second time. And Tanisha, the manager, yelled and screamed at me when I went to the locations that Benjamin directed me to. I’ve never seen such an incompetent store in my entire life. The lack of communication between the staff here is pathetic. I won’t be going to this Goodwill anymore. I’d rather go to any other location.

Unfortunate to see all the negative reviews especially on the donation side. I hope Goodwill improvement in wage to workers will come soon as much of their quality competition for workers in fast and casual food is in the $15 to $18 per hour range.
These bad donation experiences affect shoppers, as reduction in donations affects inventory available to buy in the store.
Inside store some really great people. Supervisor Philly is very hard worker and great with people. Also, many sales associates are customer service Stars with long term experience such as: Aleta, Roger, Bridget, Abril and Elizabeth, are all great with customers. Other relatively new employees are also rising stars like the previous group mentioned. One worker above, Bridget, is so fast out in the floor, she should be in Goodwill training video for new workers.
One big critique, Goodwill really needs to allow customers to check working condition and screen quality of their TV’s and monitors for sale, since all sales final and no returns. They have no coaxial cable present to get a station signal so one can see quality that way, and no test DVD setup to check screen quality using this option . And their prices on TV’s are not cheap, you are spending quite a bit for very old TV’s and old technology.

There are not any dressing rooms open and you get the option to return the items, you get a gift card instead of your money. The cashier was rude about it.

I have donated items at this location 3 times and each time have had a horrible experience. The staff working the donation area is always extremely rude. All 3 times I’ve had someone different but they always have an attitude and act as if my donating items is an inconvenience to them. They are not friendly at all and snap at me as I’m unloading my items. I will not be coming back to this location.

Usually we go to Goodwill and most associates are nice. They have a job that they don't make a lot of many at and people can be rude. We were standing in line to pay for our items and the lady in front of me dropped her credit card. She couldn't pick it up so I went and helped her get it. We were next in line and Brenda, the associate said next. She seen what I was doing and rudely said next again. I hurried to the impatient associate and told her I was helping someone and sorry for the extra few seconds. There was one of her friends standing at the end and she ignored us. She wrapped the previous customers glass dishes but ours she wrapped 3 and through the 4th one in the bag. She didn't finish bagging our stuff, didn't say thank you, just walked away to get a bike for her friend. I feel she was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with at any place I have went to.

Worst customer service of any Goodwill !!! Manager on duty and other girl there were both sarcastic and could care less about dealing with customer issue on a defective item. This was on July 1st 2024. Will never return to this location.

Bought a Cuisnart Ice Cream maker and the next day I prepared to make a batch of ice creami noticed the part inside used to mix the cream was broken. Nobody ever called me back! I won't be back! How can you sell broken items? So dissappointed!
