BEST SHOP/TEAM AROUND. I recently was driving though on my way home from atlanta when my car died on me at 5:30 on a saturday. I was very stressed as I am not from the area and I thought no one would be willing to help so late. I called Miles from goodyear and he immediately reassured me and drove his truck out to meet me and help me out. I cannot recommend Miles and the rest of the team at Goodyear enough! They squeezed me in and I was back on the road within an hour! Literal lifesavers. I will be driving the extra hour and a half to see them any time I need service. Truly the best people that are looking out for your best interests. THANK YOU!

Terrible communication. I had an appointment and arrived on time. After some searching they confirmed my appointment but didn’t tell me anything. I thought he was going to go check my car and come back to tell me more about the process when he got back. I went up to them 10 mins later and asked them how long it would be. The persons behind the desk said 45 mins to an hour. An hour later and they still didn’t have my car in the bay. I will not be returning.

I have been to this Goodyear store (Bethelview) and I have been to the one on Old Atlanta Rd. The experience at this one on Bethelview was much better than the Old Atlanta! With my son’s vehicle I ordered the tires online and was forced to go to the Old Atlanta road location, I do not know why, Goodyear should have the ability to get the tires to the store of choice for the customer. Bethelview is extremely dedicated to customer service!!!

Ordered tire from Amazon and signed up for this shop’s preferred installation service via Amazon. Tire was shipped straight to shop. I called the day before appointment to confirm they receive tire and confirm appointment. First, couldn’t get anyone to answer phone. Second, spoke to Mike, but got put on hold for several minutes while he tied to find the tire. Called back a bit later, and he said he was still trying to find it and he would call me back. He never called me back and the shop closed for the day. Cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Not good customer service and waste of time.

Miles and Su are amazing. They truly care for customer's interests while saving them money. I am lucky to meet these guys. I had 135K miles on my last set of tire and have already put 50k on my new tire and probably will another 80k. Goodyear beats Michelin any day.

I made an unexpected stop at this location and I am so grateful to the team! They were all very kind, conversational, and were nothing but honest and helpful. I feel like Miles was looking out for what was best for me and my car, and not just looking to make money off of me. I will definitely be back!

Was shopping in the area and come out of a store to an almost completely flat tire. Drove straight to Goodyear, thankfully it was only a mile away. they were busy but came out and found a nail in my tire and said it needed to be patched but it would be a while. I get it, place was packed with cars. They were so nice and accommodating. It was supposed to be about an 1 1/2 hrs but they ended up having my car up and done in 30 minutes! $25 and I was out the door. If they are that accommodating with the small things, I know I could trust them with the larger things. I will be back to this location.

I was in a bind and needed my brake light replaced for my wife’s 2012 Honda pilot. I pulled into the Goodyear and worked with Mike. He helped me out so much. He figured out everything in a timely manner and got me out of here and under 15 minutes. I highly recommend anyone with any Automotive needs to stop by the Goodyear.
