This is an awful location. We booked and paid for a car 1 week in advance on the website. I spent money on a Uber over to them and they said they had no cars. I received 3 email and 2 text confirmations throughout the week from Hertz guaranteeing a car. Now I have to Uber back home and spend money with someone else at last minute rates. By the way, the attendant did not care one bit about the problem. Almost like it was business as usual for them.

I am not sure why all the bad reviews! I think the team there now is excellent! They have a great manager in Larry. They call if no cars are available which only really happens during holidays if people don't return cars when supposed to. Rates are on the low end for sure and cars are in good condition. Staff will go the extra mile when they have leeway.to

Do NOT recommend! I just wasted an hour of any time going to pick up a rental only to be told I can’t leave my car there at their place when I pick up the rental. They should have posted this on their site as this is an important detail and one that would have prevented me from wasting time and now having to come up with a Plan B! Very frustrating!

Made a prepaid reservation 2 weeks ago. Showed up and Hertz says they don't have the vehicle, and have the wrong phone number to contact me. Absolutely THE WORST.

You can come here if you want to waste you time.They dont have the car you book. The website will say it is definitely available but when you come all the way here spending your money on uber, they will not have you car.

Had excellent customer service with my rental at this location. I had rented a minivan nd called to confirm b/f pickup. The lady that assisted me made sure that I would get that exact car (made the extra effort to call a manager) I requested. The check was easy and got especially great service from Larry who even let down seats for me due to help with my transport of a crate. He went out of his way to be pleasant and helpful even after I called when returning the car on a Sunday. Excellent experience all the way around - even though this location seems incredibly busy!

Definitely would not go back to this location I had a pre-paid reservation, three months in advance use the same card that I use last time to pay for the reservation for the same type of vehicle which was a Tesla when I got to a location and went to pay the deposit. They told me I couldn’t pay with the card that I already paid with online because it was a debit card which I clearly states on the website you can use a debit card but you have to be a member which I am and you have to do it online which so they had me call the one 800 number to cancel the reservation if their system let me book it online with my card and I have no issues. I have no idea why when I went into the actual facility there was an issue.staff there are incredibly rude I was also told that I’ll be fully refunded. If I’m not fully refunded I’ll be open in Dispute. With my bank definitely stay away from this location if you’re renting a car.

The manager at the location, Larry was so nice and helpful. I would’ve given five starts if it weren’t for hertz online customer support making an error that resulted in a couple hundred dollars being held in our account for a few days.

Larry was amazing! I had a small problem with my rental car and brought it to his attention. Without me even asking, he offered a wonderful resolution! Great experience!Whoops- Larry, I accidentally left my son’s booster seat in the car. Can you hold that for me to pick up tomorrow please? ?

Very attentive to me getting a rental while my car is being fixed. Paid for ride share driver to drive me from Classic Collision to Hertz. They are very busy and working hard. If you have to wait a bit, it's worth it. Definitely recommend

Larry runs a bad ship. I made a reservation for a 12 passenger van and prepaid. He calls me after hours at 6:30pm the day before my rental at 8:00am, and makes excuses. They have been out of vans since Tuesday, yet only decided to call after hours, when I couldn’t even call him back. Would give zero stars if possible. Hertz corporate gave me wrong information about managers at the store. Completely disappointed.

Reserved a Van about 10days before and prepaid also. On the day of pickup about 1hr before pickup time, they call me and told no Van's available. On top of it, as I booked it online, they asked me to call center and cancel. They don't want to cancel by them self. I call the 800 number and they ask me, If I want to cancel the reservation? A d*** question. They want to make it as if request came from me, not their issue. Just avoid this location.

Cancelled a car reservation within their policy to not be charged. Was charged the $60 no show fee anyway and when I called to get it resolved, no one ever answered and the phone was hung up after about 5 minutes

Reserved a van a few weeks ahead of time for the kiddo's prom. Stopped in the day before to confirm the important rental, but they could only say "we do not have it now, but should have a van tomorrow". I did not have a good feeling after interacting with the employees in the office. Later that day, received a voicemail saying the current renters extended, so they would not have a van, but wished me to "have a better day". Ended up going to Enterprise right down the street, they had numerous vans and were happy to rent on-the-spot. The Enterprise employees were also friendly and attentive. Don't waste your time at this Hertz location.

I scheduled a rental car for pickup April 4.2023 way in advance and 10 minutes before picking up the car, I get a call while in route that they gave my car away in error and have zero cars left due to spring break. I reserved this car to go see my mom who is sick not for vacation. I will never use Hertz in the future!
