I had a wonderful experience with this company. Jonathan helped me get checked in and go through the whole process and he was very helpful and kind. I live about 30 minutes from here and needed a rental car because my car was in the shop. They had a Lyft pick me up (that they paid for) and then got me checked in. The process was quick and smooth, and the amount they said they were going to charge me at the end was the exact amount they had promised. They also paid for me to take a Lyft back to the place where my car being fixed was. I would recommend them to anyone! :)

Worst customer Service. Fraud extra charges even when car was returned as per contract and Car was not available for pick up though order was on system.Had to waste 2 hours and then pick up the car from Far location. After all this manager confirmed to drop off the car at this location but still charged me extra as other location did not had the car by date. Worst experience.

I had an emergency situation occur and needed a vehicle immediately. I called this location and was kindly greeted by Ibrahim. Even though his store was closing within the hour, this gentleman arranged for a complimentary ride to his location, stayed 30 minutes late to accommodate my situation and even upgraded my rental. Quality customer service isn’t easy to find, but these guys nailed it. I strongly recommend stopping here and speaking with Ibrahim if you are in need of a rental.

Very helpful staff and did not have a problem with renting me a car and me being from out of state like enterprise did and also did not have a problem with me needing to extend one day. I would suggest using the deal they have where you pay for what is in the tank and bring it back with however much fuel is in it

It was like a bait and switch tactic. I reserved a midsize car for roughly $25 A-day and when I got there they didn't have any midsize cars. So I had to take a small suv at twice the price...$50+

100% dissatisfied. Rude customer services. Did not have the vehicle I reserved. Told another customer they had to call to make a reservation and would not do it in the store. Long wait time. Dirty vehicle inside and out. Dont' forget $13 a day more for my spouse to be able to drive. Ok?

Horrible experience. I booked a car online to be picked up 7:30 am on Christmas Eve. While booking, I had to pick a location an hour away from where I was staying because the local one was closed for the holiday, and this one was listed as open. I received a confirmation number and paid the required insurance fee, but when I arrived they were CLOSED. I called customer support to figure out what was going on; The first person to pick up put me on hold to "try to resolve the issue", but another rep picked it up, and then couldn't hear me, so I had to hang up. The second time I called, a third rep insisted that I was at fault because I had booked online, but when I booked I had to specifically choose this location because it was listed as open!

After coming straight from another nearby rental company to do my second vehicle pickup here, this place was quite underwhelming. The inside is stark, but in a dingy way. There were a handful of people waiting and NO ONE was behind the desk. Granted, it's Christmas time and I guess every rental place is busy, but I certainly expected better reception in the morning. Once the clerks were back behind the desk, the store assistant was nice and attentive.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? Worst experience. They didn’t let us know that if we didn’t show up RIGHT at the exact time, they would give our car away. So to their standards, we were barely late, and they had already given our car away. They were so inconsiderate and totally not helpful at all.
