I like Jill store. Their clothes are pricey, but when they have a sale, it’s usually very good. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. You definitely have a boutique feel and they take an interest in finding outfits that would look good on you.

Such a lovely store!! Even though I was making a small return, the woman at the counter treated me with respect and kindness!! Unlike Talbots next door, which never greets me. I will be a customer always!! Fine quality clothing, easy shopping experience ♥️

I went into J.Jill Friday, September 6, 2019 in Cumming, GA because I had some returns. When I walked in, the associate, Linda, made a comment under her breathe to another associate and also in front of another customer and said, "There's that lady..." referring to me because I came in with returns. I heard her and spoke up and said, "Yes, it is that lady." She ignored me and went to the back and then later came back out to the register and very annoyingly said, "Let's clear this counter" so she would have enough room to do my returns. And then sarcastically said, "Can I just do it all on one return instead of 25??" Well, first of all, I did not have 25 returns. And because I live an hour and a half away, I have to bring in what doesn't work when I get the opportunity to come. I have never been treated so rudely in any store in my life. If this associate is annoyed with customers having returns, then she is in the wrong business. She needs to realize that without customers, she wouldn't have a job! I would not want her working for my business or representing J.Jill in anyway. What she said to me and how she treated me was rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. I felt belittled, unappreciated, and like a burden. I will never go in this store again.
