I will NEVER get over when I enter a business and walk around the ENTIRE store for 10 minutes, thereâs no âhelloâ, âhow are youâ, âare you looking for anything?â etc. WHEN THERE IS 1 OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. It is not so busy that neither employee can acknowledge my existence, and/or simply just say âwelcome in.â If youâre not going to offer the bare minimum of customer service, do not work a customer service job. Kirklandâs is simply wasting their money on these employees who ruin the shopping experience. With that attitude, I would much rather purchase from their website or anywhere else than support this location.
