My wife Sarah A has been a loyal Kohl’s card member for over 15 years. Yesterday she spent over $307 for my birthday presents at Kohl’s. As she was wrapping the shirts that she purchased- she realized one as missing. She called and visited the store. The manager wasted an hour of her time and said there was nothing that she could do. So we are out $54. Not only will I post this experience on social media, including Next Door, but I will also contact corporate to report this horrendous customer service.Suffice it to say that returned over $237 of items as we will never shop at this store again. We will also cancel our credit card.This isn’t the way to treat long time loyal customers.

Store is fine but not my first choice. It was clean and we stopped in for an Amazon return (back left corner) which is really convenient

I love shopping at Kohl's. I love getting coupons from them. I would recommend my friend and family to shop there too they only thing I don't like it's the parking lot at Kohl's. Because people don't watch when you go across the parking lot to go in the store.

Outstanding customer service and sales. Thanks Ann, customer service personnel who assisted me today. I received no haggle or drama when returning items. However, I spent twice as much as I received in the gift card return credit. I will not be back ever until next week. The crazy thing is that I had coupons applied to my new purchase and I saved $50.00 along with credit for my earlier return

Registers sometimes incorrectly work right, need someone that knows what they are doing when it messes up. Other wise wise everything was fine, associate was friendly and confused that she couldn't get transaction done without help....

My Kohls charge card was hacked. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get a human on the phone. Automated service makes it hard to address any time sensitive issues. I still do not even know if my issue was handled correctly. As a customer of 20+ years, I do not think I will do business any longer with Kohls. It’s a sad situation.

This Kohl’s had the best Sephora I have ever been to. The staff was exceptional and knew exactly what products are trending and hot. They helped me match colors and went the extra length to get me the colors I needed. The products were all in stock and it was very clean. 10 out of 10!

Worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. I can’t even say they have poor customer service because the service was nonexistent. Waited at register for help and the employee walked past several times. I left the product right there and walked out. I’ve never experienced anything like that. Two of them blatantly looked at me?

Love Khols. Great staff who are consistently courteous and helpful. God brands with year-round sales and discounts. Limited on brands, but they have enough of what I like. Khols brand, Sonoma, is good but doesn't wear well.

Kohl’s located in. Innings with ample parking. This Kohl’s has a Sephora inside their premises.Overall store is clean and well organized.
