Employees are so rude. The place is dirty and there are rats in the sore. There are rat droppings all in the back and come off the trucks. Employees have even stated that they run off the trucks when food is delivered.

This store is just awful. The management really sucks and most of the employees have a I don't give a crap attitude. Definitely prefer shopping at Publix.

Very fast and efficient with minimal talking to people because that’s kinda scary and they let you just talk to a robot instead of having to talk to a person on the phone which is nice :)

My elderly mother went in for a COVID booster. She was told that it was not recommended that she get the booster within two weeks of getting a flu shot. One day later, she was sent a mailer recommending that she get her flu and COVID booster at the same time! Seriously?! Do better!

I can’t explain to you how well this pharmacy helps each and every customer. Rich always makes sure my RXs are filled correctly and handled through insurance, etc. appropriately. He is always very well aware of what’s going on around him in the pharmacy which makes him exceptional. You don’t see this anywhere else.Thank you Rich M. and Kroger pharmacy.

As a much large retailer, I love this store and management and associates are great. If you are a customer that thinks your entitled to much, you are not. Inflation is horrible and nobody wants to work. Place yourself in retail. We all.are paying much and nobody wants to work. Seek a psycholist if your unhappy with your scenario. We all are essential workers and even heart care is over you that think we owe you much, we do not. Get a job and things will get better. These people are the best.

Pros: Kroger Plus Card helps you save on items and always cheaper gas! Great convince to shop and get gas. Good deals on items sale like soda, snacks and other items Cons: Not always having the best meats in stock. Overall: With a Kroger Plus Card you can get really good deals on items. Preferably I used Publix to by lunch meats and meats. But for canned items, sodas, and vegetables Kroger has a good selection at a cheap price.

I have filled my family’s prescriptions here for years, but will not continue to do so. I have a family of five, all who fell ill on the same week. We need to pick up our prescriptions, and we’re shocked to see that the drive-thru window was closed … during one of the pandemic’s peaks. I called and asked the pharmacist if it would be open soon, thinking perhaps it was a lunch break related issue. He informed me that the window had been closed for over a month … DURING A PANDEMIC, due to lack of staffing. I asked him how we were supposed to pick up our medications, and he told me to come into the grocery store to do so, even exhibiting symptoms. I was completely shocked, but had to do so as my doctor’s office was already closed for the day and could not transfer our prescriptions. I was further shocked to see nine pharmacy employees behind the counter. I’m sorry, but with nine people on one shift time, it seems to me that having the drive-thru open would be little to no problem. This location has zero problem with putting Kroger’s patrons at risk, and that’s not okay with me. This was most definitely the last time they will receive my business.

They do what they need to do to keep me coming back. Not always perfect but no pharmacy is.

I usually get all my prescription for my wife here only. Recently had a bad experience with a pharmacy staff who is a old lady. I have checked alternate generic cheaper one instead of branded prescription. She is very lazy to check in system and forced us to take the expensive one. Please be careful with this pharmacy staff

The Starbucks barista, Jaida, wouldn't ring up the handful (literally) of additional items I had (they all had barcodes). When I said the other Kroger doesn't have a problem doing it, she said "well we won't be doing it for you." Just kinda snarky and rude

I get all of my prescriptions from this location and it’s usually fine however today I was in a bind and needed them to fill something in 15 to 20 minutes and they said it would be an hour and a half. I told them never mind that I’d refill it at Walgreens. They had no problem giving up my business, which tells me that they can take me or leave me. Great for them that they are so busy and do not more customers but not what I’m looking for in a pharmacy. FYI, I went to Walgreens and got the prescription filled in 15 minutes. Thanks Walgreens!!!!

They never have enough staff at this location. There are five people in line and one person handling prescription pick ups. There is absolutely no reason at 5:30, when people get off of work, not to have a full staff. And this is the wait I have after dropping off the prescription and coming back after being told there is a two hour wait to pick up on a weekday

Store is a jumbled up mess. Deli is short staffed and I'll tempered. Plus their pricing system is down right criminal. The price in the meat case has you decide upon a selection marked as being 6.99/lb. when the clerk hands you your ham it's labeled at 8.99/lb. when questioned clerk responds that at check out price will reflect correct price if you have your Kroger card. Then the discount never appears. I'm past having this screwed up system explained. It's misrepresentation. I did solve the problem by never shopping with Kroger again.u

They are very prompt, friendly, helpful and with my insurance, most of my meds are $1. I don't know how you can beat that!
