Nothing but problems at this pharmacy. They are constantly saying medication is in stock and ready for pick up when it's not. Usually they tell me I don't even have a prescription and are rude about it only to ultimately find it. One time they gave me TOO MANY of a controlled medication. Another time they filled it partially to get me through until they got a new shipment in and filled the remainder a few days later, which was nice, only a month later they refused to fill the prescription (even though I was told it was filled and READY) because they claimed I filled it several days after the initial fill. Pharmacy manager was rude to me and it felt as if she was accusatory as it was a controlled substance. She practically called me a liar when I told her it was initially filled days earlier only for me to call back when I got home to tell her that I have the bottle in which the label claims all were filled on the printout but the pharmacist HAND WROTE that it was partial, which wasn't put into the computer. When I first transferred this prescription there, it also had it being filled at 270 at once when it was 90 x 3, so I had to correct them. All of this on very controlled subtances. To the pharmacist's credit, she did apologize to me and took full blame but to immediately jump to what she did was insulting and left me having to travel back and forth multiple times when the store is not all that close to me (I had to transfer it here as my normal pharmacy has been out of the medication for a few months).

Rude lady at the drop-off counter (didnt get her name but she was a north asian female). She doesn't even look at you and answers in one word or two. Been filling my prescriptions here for long time but horrible experience now. There used to be good folks in the pharmacy but I don't see them anymore. Kroger is losing its reputation due to these rude pharmacy employees. They need to be coached on how to be kind to patients.

I come here out of convenience but the customer service is terrible. Recently, I was told about their blink RX discount card. I registered with them and pay for my RX through blink…when I went to pick it up they refused to use that discount that I had already paid for. It was two minutes from lunchtime, and they told me to come back after when I had it figured out just so rude!! Switching to Publix pharmacy now.

Years ago Kroger used to be open 24 hours. Pre covid I believe tgis location was open until 1am if not I am positive at least until midnight. Now the closing time is 11:00PM & the employees are not even willing to close at 11:00PM. Instead they have started closing the doors before 11:00PM. I made it there in an Uber and got turned away but obviously I was about to blow up while pointing out the time. Finally the man in the self checkout section said go ahead but you can only get "1" thing because it's time to close.

In a sea of negative reviews, I have to give credit where it's due. Kim in the pharmacy was nothing short of wonderful and helpful with giving me solutions for dealing with the ongoing Adderall shortage. As someone with extremely debilitating ADHD, and being on the most common version of the med, I have been dealing with shortage, and it's been a nightmare. Kim was able to offer a solution that worked with my doctor to get me the help I needed, unlike so many other pharmacies and techs who just shut me down and made me feel like a hassle. Now I can focus on my job, and feel a million times less stressed.

We actually like shopping at the big store. This Kroger is no exception. It has everything you need or want. The store is arranged in easy to find departments. We eased our way from the very start looking at a fantastic array of cheeses. Saw colorful settings and displays at the fruits and produce section. Picked the Mandarins and saw the cart with unsold, over ripped bananas. A Yong lady informs that these bananas are discounted for fast sale at 49cents a BUNCH. Naturally, I picked two of the best bunches. After having picked up some more items, we got in line at self checkout. We first got some issues with scanning and Kroger coupons. A very helpful lady attendant helped us out. Bananas are next. Ooopsie, we got to weigh them and the price is 49cents per LB. Not what was told us earlier. So we need help deleting the bananas. The lady attendant Chk 515 was the best of Kroger you can find. Understood fully and apologized for the misap. I think that this Kroger is a wonderful store full of all the grocery and pharmacy needs. Just go about it a little slower and pay attention to price points. Thanks, we can get bananas later.

The other night I ran by this Kroger which is my neighborhood store and when I got to self check out there were literally no bags in like 2-4 of the registers and all the kids who work the front end just standing around laughing and joking and playing on their phones when customers didn't even have bags to put their groceries in... pathetic. Where is the front end manager???

Always great experience. Area to improve is sometimes de wait time in line and that cars have priority over people inside.

They messed my birth control prescription to where it was days late and now I can’t get it till Wednesday and today is Sunday! Way to go Kroger pharmacy…. you will be hearing from me and I will be contacting corporate over this. The woman who I just spoke with is so rude I don’t know her name nshes Sunday closing shift one (I hope she sees this) maybe you should work at McDonalds because your attitude didn’t fit the vibe check. Unprofessional … I will be switching to Publix permanently!

I’m honestly amazed at how rude the employee is at this pharmacy. I didn’t get her name because she didn’t say it when she answered and when I asked if she was able to fill a specific baby prescription (requires “compounding”) she said no that’s not something we do and hung up on me while I was trying to ask if she knew anywhere that can. I expected better from krogers.

I wish that zero stars were an option. You would think that the workers here are on commission. They routinely run you Rx's through the most convenient source and with the most convenient product. If your insurance will cover a brand name, they give you the generic at the cost (if insurance doesn't cover the generic)... they then flip it when its the generic and give you the brand so that... you guessed it, there's a cost. They are incapable of being consumer advocates. My advice, have them place a note on your account to check insurance pricing whenever there's a cost and make sure your carrier covers it before you pay them or else they will not do the best thing for YOU.
