Last 3 times I have been in were bad. The baggers were using paper bags once and stuffed them full. I came home to hamburger patties no longer patties because half of it was on top of the coffee and on other groceries. The bread was buried under other groceries in the cart and the frozen veggie bag was broken open. Another time, the plastic bags busted open when I went to load groceries in my car. This time, the paper towels would not ring up and the person asked me how much. I didn’t know so I looked up on the Kroger app and I asked her how many are in there bc her arms were wrapped around them. Response was “I don’t know”. I left without the paper towels. I spend $400 a week of not more. I don’t think it’s that much to ask to get home with my groceries in the same condition I bought them in. Plastic bags can’t be that expensive.

This is one of the best Kroger in our area with Groceries, clothes(not recommended), Xmas stuff, Firewood and so on.

I spend most of my grocery money at my local Kroger Supermarket, and I get all my prescriptions filled there also! Gas Points help also!

Extremely rude people at the pharmacy.
Specific to Vlad Zima. Would have love to work it out but it was an inconvenience for the conversation. My recommendation if you are that in a hurry to leave do not answer the phone at 7:59 as you put it sir.

Constantly being charged full price for buy one get one advertisements. Last time I was here the customer behind me got one of my bags with everything in it. They failed to put the bag in my car. I had to go back three times to get my receipt straightened out and retrieved my items. No one apologizes. No one cares

Mr Samuel was a great unloader he was so patient when my two sons wanted to help him load the groceries in the trunk. It is refreshing to see friendly faces and helpful young men to be good role models for others. Thank you.

I really love this kroger but do not like the new locker wheels Its very hard to push the cart and extrenely annoying .i really cant see cart stealing to be rhat big of a concern.

Worst Customer service. Tonight i stood in the seafood department for 15 minutes. No acknowledgement. No help what so ever. Noone to get the fish and schrimp i came here for. Went into the back behind the door. Noone around. 2 employees walked past me as if I wasn't even there. I left without getting what i came here for. Guess I'll do all my shopping across the street at Publix. So much for a Grand Reopening !
