This location is easily the worst Kroger I’ve been to. Every time I go, I tell myself I will not use that location again. Yet for convenience, I keep giving it another chance. They are consistently out of items. Regardless of what day I shop. Today the deli was closed all day because someone was dealing with a “personal matter“. Seems to me you should have better staffing. I am finally done with this location. And perhaps the entire chain. Publix may be a little more expensive, but the service and selection is far superior.

Waited for 15 mins in the meat and seafood department no one responded. Called loudly for 5 mins the associate heard but continued with his work.
Bakery department - Bought a cake which had ample space to write a happy birthday message. Asked a lady associate to help but straight away told they cannot write. Very poor customer service .Spent $4 to get an icing topping and my wife wrote it beautifully on the same cake. Blessing in disguise perhaps.
Finally icing on the cake - while checking out saw 4 managers chatting and giggling doing nothing. Either give a raise to people behind the counters or hire new people who are interested to work.
Will raise an official complaint against the store with corporate office.

Customer service at self-checkout has become increasingly unpleasant when it comes to employees correcting or helping.

This Kroger is AWFUL. The Pharmacy is incompetent! They do not fill prescriptions when they are called in. If your RX requires a Dr. to refill...you better give them over a week because they don't bother to submit the refill until you call and complain. This is an ongoing issue. Avoid the produce section and check all your purchases for expiration dates. Best advice is to go a couple miles up the road to the John's Creek location! Their store is properly managed and the staff is amazing. They have a real produce section that is kept clean (no fruit flies) and stocked. The stores are like night and day!

The Kroger on Sharon Rd is my go-to spot for groceries, and I have to say, their organic bananas are surprisingly tasty—definitely a step above what I’ve found elsewhere. Maybe it’s the distributor or just luck, but they’re consistently fresh and flavorful.
Overall, the store is spacious, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The produce section stands out for its variety, and the staff is polite and efficient, making every visit smooth and enjoyable.

Bought expired products at this Kroger on Peachtree Pkwy! I was in a hurry to grab ingredients for a special Thanksgiving meal, but when I checked the product at home before cooking, I noticed it was expired. I’m grateful I spotted it in time and avoided a potential food safety issue. This is definitely something Kroger should address to prevent future problems.

Received terrible customer service by Jane in Guest Services. Awful attitude. Needs to be retrained or fired.

Worst Kroger ever Had an employee at this store cuss me out and threaten to call the cops over the phone when I was trying to call in and had phone issues. The employee named AJ at customer services.

I used to frequent this kroger at least once per week. It is clear that the cutbacks in staff and inferior management has made this location no longer a pleasurable place to shop. I go out of my way to shop at Publix where the store is well lit, well staffed with pleasant employees who truly seem to care. Kroger clearly pays less and is inadequately staffed and just overall looks shotty. At 6:00pm on a weeknight there were no checkout lanes open except self checkout. Do I get a discount for scanning and bagging myself, NO. I stood at customer service another time to send a western union to a friend in need. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up they said "the machine is broken" , of course it was, why would it not be. Drive 1.1 miles down the road and shop at Publix.

To have better store experience add more help in the lanes and front desk. You need customers to come to store and not scare them away. Toilet needs some care too.

I just had a unbelievably bad experience at the self check out because the lady Jane came over and took our groceries out of the bag we put them in saying this is all the bags we have they didn't come on our truck tonight and I nicely said we'll ma'am I'm not gonna have our stuff ripping out the bottom of the bag cause y'all don't have bags cause she tried to put one of the huge creamers and two regular size coffee creamers in one bag and I could tell if I tried to carry it it was going to rip and all my stuff was going to end up in the parking lot and she completely lost it called me a b**** and that I was calling her a liar which didn't make sense. Then really nasty while cussing at me double bagged it. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in my life . Her name is Jane
