Just some lazy people working in this store; unfriendly, unhelpful.

Been shopping here for 27 years. Have been happy over all those years not going to any other options. There has clearly been a management change over the past 1-2 years.. the staff (with some exceptions generally isn’t helpful), the ‘collector people with the giant carts (for curbside or delivery) are everywhere and in the way. Occasionally they will ask you if they need to move, normally not. I’ve gotten to where I just push their carts out of the way. Inventory management has become pathetic. Things (staples) I could always count on are never there (always waiting on a truck or an order. One bright side is the pharmacist and (I hate I can’t remember her name), a tall mature blonde headed woman at self checkout is a shining star amongst the abyss. Leadership or corp needs to take a hard look at what’s going on. I’m starting to go to the other Kroger on Castleberry more frequently purely for inventory availability. Sorry for the shitty review, but had a really bad past month here.

Wow!! Mazy needs to find a new line of work, Im afraid that customer service isn’t her strong point, and she is the one that wears the red vest that reads customer service.

Horrible Employees and no customer service. I was blatantly ignored by several deli and grocery associates. There was no hot bar food at 4:30 PM. Except the expired items.
Publix has better prices, a better selection and the store is cleaned. Kroger is a dumpster.

This is the closest Kroger (located at Green's Corner, Cumming, Ga) to where my husband and I live; however, after giving this place a few tries, we decided that we will not shop there again. Most people that work there are rude and/or apathetic. The place is dirty. The store inventory is lacking and not properly stocked. These deficiencies typically reflect management that just doesn't care.

Worst Kroger pick up experience I have ever had. We usually do not use this Kroger and will never use them again. They bagged our bleach on top of our produce. Produce in question was already rotten. Deli meat was absolutely shredded. Bags overpacked when employee handed us bags they busted all over in the parking lot. Granola bar box was OPEN when taken out of the bag. I am very disappointed. Please don’t use this Kroger for a grocery pickup - seems that they intentionally picked the worst of all items to place in pick up bags!!

Helem was listening to music with some earphones on and was very rude when I asked her for help. She brushed me off and acted like she couldn't hear me. I don't think employees should be allowed to wear earphones while on the clock. I've read some past reviews, and it seems like this isn't the first problem with this worker. Do better, Kroger!

The worker “Poseidon” if that’s even his real name, was very rude and unprofessional when I asked if they had fresher eggplants in the back, he laughed in my face and said “who buys eggplants?!” and just walked away. I’m 72 years old and I think this generation needs to start respecting their elders more.

Go to buy mushrooms and always rotten or out of stock, along with half of the other items that they no longer carry. Year later and this store is worse than before n mushrooms are not in stock now or rotten like brown squishy white button mushrooms. One and only good thing is at night its deserted so since I have social anxiety its really great but since I usually am trying to get fresh white mushrooms I have to hope that one day I'll go and they will have them. Please _ PRODUCE MANAGER other stores get white mushrooms so please quit getting your supply from whoever and get good ones!! Thank u in advance.

This Kroger will happily sell you rotten items and then will not refund you. Gary seems to think this is customer service. They lost a pretty loyal customer today.

This Kroger delivery service can’t seem to get it right. I’ve repeatedly asked that they ring my bell. Yet they drop the groceries at the door and just leave. Unfortunately there is another house in this neighborhood with the same house number - and my groceries have been left there more than once. Calls to the store always result in the same comment-“we will talk to them”. Nothing changes- so it seems it is time to take my business elsewhere.

The worst Kroger out of all. Customer service is nonexistent. Minimum wait time in line 10-15 minutes on weekday. Cashiers will say automatic greetings and then repeat it again. They don’t pay any attention. Self checkout is just disaster, some works some doesn’t …. Walking in between aisles is a hustle with all extra displays in narrow lanes….

This store has been on a decline ever since the previous store manager was transferred to the Marketplace location. I've used this location since July of 2014. The assistant manager going off on me tonight with all of the work that she had to do, to address my frustrations of having to wait over an hour for a pick-up that was already completed, was the last straw.

This is the worst cake I’ve ever received in my life I’m so disappointed. Whoever decorated this needs to find a new career path. They were asked to redo the numbers and refused to. I think the picture speaks for itself…
