This is my preferred location for bloodwork. When I've had an appointment I've never had a wait, the office is clean and the employees are kind. Sure- their systems have been down in the past, but my doctor's office simply faxed the bloodwork order to them and I was still seen in a timely manner, no problem. I will definitely continue to use them!

Came here to get my 9 month old blood drawn as a walk in. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. My baby girl didn’t even cry. Staff is very friendly. Facility was clean. It was definitely worth the hour drive! I will be coming here from now on instead of going to places close to my home, because not everybody knows how to do pain free blood draws!

Ms Antwanett was very professional and quick. My daughter had a bad experience with testing before but this was a smooth process.

Worst experience ever. The receptionist wasn’t there. Do not do walk in!! Only appointments at this location unless you want to wait 6 hours.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Called to book an appointment but they told me you can walk in appointment is not required. Came here and the front desk lady left and didn’t show up. There are no signs or anything about booking an appointment. Other lady come back after 10 mins and says that if you don’t have an appointment then we can’t take you in and if you want to walk in come tomorrow in the morning. Pathetic and worst service. Give clear instructions and rather then keeping a robot on the phone let an actual person talk. Feels like nobody wants to work at this location and wonder why the ratings are such low

Took a while to get me checked in, but my phlebotomist Antoinette was super sweet and quick with my lab work. I really appreciate her professionalism and making sure that my service was as comfortable as possible for me. This was my first visit and some of the other reviews didn’t seem encouraging, but this was a smooth sailing appointment for me. Thank you Antoinette!!

Went 5 days ago and their system was down once again. They only had 2 people working so it was very unorganized. Now, I haven’t gotten my results back that should have come back in 24-48 hours. Tried calling and no one will answer the phone.

Maybe I went in at the wrong time, but overall I expected better.
* Didn't honor the appointment I took well in advance, had to wait an extra 45 minutes after my appointment time to get in.
* You have to do check in at the kiosk with insurance and ID cards even after you provided them early for your online appointment.
This is hard for the elderly where you have to do scan of cards on the reader, or manual type in.
* The Screen was kept off which used to show your position in line or if you have checked in successfully. An elderly woman was waiting a long time to find later that she did not check in and has to wait even longer.
Inspite of these, the front desk rep was trying to do the best, and the lab technician was very good at the job.
LabCorp needs to do a better job, as we have better options nearby.

I wanna know why I drove 2 hrs to get here and the doors are locked at 3 and when I bang on the door someone comes out telling me I can’t be help but yet you don’t close till 4? Who is running this location at this point I’ll be going up the chain of command because this is outrageous y’all don’t answer the phone and then close early for no reason at that point not only are you stealing company time which is time fraud. No sign on the door or anything.

They have changed their policy. No walk-Ins. By appointment only. Disgusting that I planned my whole day to go there only to find out I wasted my time.I've had plenty of other nightmares with this site so I will never go back.

No online appointments are available. You need to just walk-in.
I went there for a blood test, in the morning.
The kiosk checkin process is very good and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes.
The entire process was very efficient.
The staff was very professional and I didn’t feel more than a pinch while the blood was drawn.

This place is so understaffed and overwhelmed! The staff are very friendly under the circumstances. Please hire more people as the people that work there are overworked!?
