I've literally never left a review until now. this was the worst experience I've had relating to any medical issue. And that's saying a lot. Their location says it opens at 7:30 both online and on their door, so that's when I arrived. they didn't open their doors until after 8, so I, along with a few other people waited in the cold for over 30 minutes. when they finally let us in we asked if the time on their door was correct and they said "yes" rudely and walked away. They have absolutely no organization and they even started doing walk-ins out of order so I saw people who arrived for a walk-in go ahead of me and get their labs done. the staff was rude and unprofessional. the Phlebotomist didn't even communicate before they inserted the needle, which I've never had happen before... overall a horrible experience. I wish my doctor had sent me to the Quest a few doors down instead.

Temporarily closed. Found this out the hard way because LabCorp allowed me to schedule an appt at the location. AWFUL

Don’t bother. Stay away. Always excuses why they can’t help you: no internet, pc is frozen, closed early, can’t find your info, your shirt is the wrong color, technician is still out to lunch or on break… her hair is messy, lack of interest… really? I’ve complained to corporate, but nothing changes. Too bad, close and convenient location but staff sucks.

check in process was terrible. The front desk girls job is completely pointless and she’s extremely unprofessional. she doesn’t explain what you’re suppose to do or how to check in until you stand there looking stupid in front of her and then she acts completely bothered if you have any questions about anything. she expects you to just know how it works as a new patient. she’s clearly burnt out with her job and needs to get out of patient care. maybe a career change?

I am a new patient and I was helped by Kavoya. She was so patient with me it was so refreshing. Some places just give you the paperwork and expect you to know what you're filling out, but when I asked my questions (some three and four times), Kavoya answered each one with a beautiful smile. She made me feel comfortable and my nervousness went away when I saw that smile. Thank You Kavoya for what you did for me!!!

Painless all around! Easy check-in, friendly staff, skilled phlebotomists. Everything went smoothly and I walked out like 2 minutes after my appointment time.

Very unprofessional! Went first day to do drug screen called before hand only was answered my machines (it was not lunch time I checked) arrived and location was closed whatever. Went back again a week later (last Thursday)did drug screen and was told 24-48 hours . Here I am Tuesday after calling the job I applied for wondering why it’s taking too long and they told me they called them back saying my id # was not placed on bottle so I have to do another test ??♂️ mind you it’s an hour drive and that’s the closest location and then the wait time there since they don’t answer to make an appointment . How unprofessional do you have to be to take almost 6 DAYS TO NOTICE THAT YOU WERE CARELESS AND DID NOT PUT A NUMBER ???!?? Now my start time was delayed I would have been able to have a start date this week as soon as results were back but now I have to go back for the 3rd time and wait probably another week just to hear that they did some novice mistake !? That should have been an automatic pass for my test from there part for being so unprofessional never come to this lab ! Plus they were rude as if they didn’t want to collect my sample to begin with nurse kept making little faces but i don’t care much about that y’all are playing with peoples time and money !

Kavoiya the phlebotomist was fantastic. I came in two separate times today this Friday without appointments and got helped both times within 20 minutes. Same with front desk lady. Very kind. In the past I’ve never had any issues either. Thanks.

Wish we could give ZERO for number of stars. Made an appointment for specialty labs, registered online, arrived before my appointment to learn they used the last of the lab kits yesterday and it will be weeks before they have them in again. Why can't a real lab open up and take this company down! This is my second attempt at the same tests. First lab was just as bad!

I have always had a pleasant experience at this LabCorp Location. I usually don’t make an appointment, just walk in and am in and out within 20-30 minutes. I hate the thought of needles and blood…all of it. The last few times I have been, Linda has been my phlebotomist and she is phenomenal! She makes the process quick & painless!! I highly recommend this location if you are needing lab work.

I left work early to rush over and have a pre-employment drug screen. I tried to call, and I tried to find more information on the website before I rushed over, but I couldn’t speak to a human on the phone, and it just said they close at 4pm online and that I didn’t need an appointment. I arrived a few minutes before 3:30, unsure of what to do. The woman at the front desk basically laughed at me and said I had to be checked in before 3:30 on the dot, and I’d have to come back next week. Luckily I was able to get my drug screen done at Quest next door. I will never come back to this location again. Horrible experience.

WORST LabCorp I’ve ever been to! I don’t know if they’re just always short staffed or what the issue is, but I’ve went there a few times this year (not by choice) and each time I was there for well over an hour & a half. One time it was 2.5 hours. Absolutely uncalled for. One time I made an appointment but they stated they “didn’t see it”, even though I had the confirmation email. Still had to wait a long time. Second time, didn’t make an appointment because I didn’t know I needed to (was told I could walk in), and was there for 2.5 hours. This time, I TRIED making an appointment online BUT their website wouldn’t allow that feature to even work, so I showed up right after they got back From lunch. Was there for an hour & 45mins. I had to use the restroom REALLY bad (was there for an employment drug screen) and asked to go because I’d been holding it, and was rudely told NO, I had to “wait my turn”. When I asked any idea how long that will be, and that I have a medical condition which prevents me from holding my urine too long, she snapped “I have no idea, there’s several in front of you.” This place is AWFUL. The ONLY reason I keep having to go to this location is because it’s the closest location to me that offers the services I need done. I REALLY hope Management sees the complaints & makes changes. This is uncalled for. Hire more people if you’re THAT short on staff!
