Went in with a friend looking for something for a job interview. Our sales associate Nancy was unbelievably helpful. Knew the merchandise. Went above and beyond to help. We didn’t end up finding anything but was so impressed with the customer service, I wanted to leave a review.

I have tried this particular LOFT so many times and every time, I am disappointed. They have less than half of the unique items in North Point Pkwy location, and I don’t know why. It’s not like they lack space, the store has tons of open space. They also seem to always have a lot of pajama type items, which is really annoying. I’m there for work-type stuff, not overpriced loungewear. I’m not sure who is in charge of the design or ordering for this store, but I’m making it a point not to return. It’s a waste of time and a frustrating experience with a brand I otherwise love.

I came in today looking for a pair of pants. Found a couple had about 5 pants and 4 dresses after a long while finally someone asked if I needed a fitting room. Then I needed assistance and I asked one of the girls I believe her name is Ashly if she can help me find my size or a better style that would fit she acted like if she was helping i waited for 10 minutes in the fitting room thinking she was going to bring some more different styles to try on ! NO NO ! THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES. I used to work for LOFT many years ago and I NEVER TREATED MY CUSTOMER LIKE THIS !!!!! Will never shop at this location ever again !!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I LEFT EMPTY HAND!!! Don’t go to this location very rude customer service!!!
