My experience was amazing! I got the car I wanted and I was literally in and out. Everything went down via text and email (since I was at work) and I finished up at the dealership. When you go, ask for Kahlil Lock! She’s AMAZING! The whole transaction was painless and they helped me stay within my budget. I got a new Kia K5 GT line and I couldn’t be happier right now!

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is when I called to make an appointment, I was forwarded to voicemail. I left a message asking for a return call which was never returned. I ended up making the appointment via the website after waiting several days for a return call.

My daughter bought a Kia from there I used one the heated seat smelled really funny we never checked it out before we bought it she’s taking it in three times she didn’t even have it a month they kept making her wait she finally got in then they want to charge her $149 when she’s only had a month very poor customer service will never buy another car there again

I purchased my new Telluride at Lou Sobh Kia this month. Jason S. was a pleasure to work with. No pressure and he braved the freezing temperatures so that I could pick out the car I wanted. Matt in finance was easy to deal with and the process was quick and painless. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at this location and I have to say I would highly recommend dealing with Lou Sobh.

All was done via phone. Alexis Mattox was my representative. She had the vehicle clean and ready. She took time for a test drive and then spent valuable time with me going over the safety features as well as a plethora of settings and options. She also followed up with a phone call. Very pleasant, very professional.

They ONLY want you to use their banks/credit companies. I went in with loan approval in hand from Bank of America with zero money down. I specifically told the Hispanic that I did NOT want my credit run AND that there was ZERO need to run it. Salesman lied about the forms I was signing and STILL ran my credit which of course returned a lower score by a few points than BOA had the week prior. Then, they ran my credit 3 more times after I said forget it. They kept trying to tell me the BOA offer letter states I have to make a down payment. I walked out and called my bank and they said the dealer was processing the offer letter incorrectly. The fat guy in the back proceeded to tell me some runaround story that the letter states I have to put money down because of my credit report (which they ran without my legit consent and the fact that I told salesman I do NOT want my credit run. Again, BOA said absolutely not true) I walked out a second time after yelling but it was like yelling at a wall. I was so ready to take a car off their lot but their stubornness and lack of knowledge made me leave. Seems like a dealership would rather get rid of a used car in their lot MORE than tricking and trying to dangle carrots to customers to only use their credit companies. They even used the trick of pulling car around in order to entice me lol Pathetic. And, pathetic practices. I was an easy sale too.

UPDATE 1/22/24:Service department has replaced the Nightfall trim on our Telluride. I have bumped up my review to 4 stars for them making good on the entire situation, but it really could use some improvement on the communication front.I will continue taking the vehicle to this service center for normal maintenance, as they have always shined in this regard. Let’s just hope for no additional warranty topics, for all our sakes.UPDATE 12/18/23:I am downgrading my original review from 5 stars to 1, due entirely to a warranty topic. I praised the Service department in my original review, but I have now experienced the total opposite. Below is a summary of my warranty issue:Nightfall window trim on the driver's side of our 2021 Telluride is discolored and fading. When I brought the vehicle in (10/16/23) the service advisor confirmed the warranty request was submitted to Kia corporate. On 11/17/23, I called in to check the status, however, the service advisor was not available to provide an update. My contact info was taken but the service center never reached out to me for an update.Fast-forward to 12/6/23, I brought the vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. I asked the service advisor for an update on my warranty claim, and they said they would look into it. At the end of my appointment, there was no update provided.I reached out to the service center again on 12/13/23, and again the service advisor was not available. Again, my contact information was taken, and I am currently awaiting an update.On 12/18/23, I received a call from Kia corporate office, regarding my case. The rep explained that the service center received some type of "letter" indicating that my window trim warranty request was being denied, due to undisclosed reasons - I was told they just weren't doing window trim replacements anymore, whatever that means. The service center never returned a single one of my calls, nor have I received a copy of any letters indicating denial of warranty. As the customer, I consider the issue unresolved.Given the extreme frustration brought on by such a minor topic, I won't recommend Kia, or a Lou Sobh dealership to any friends or family.
