Staff is so courteous, kind and patient. I do not recall the name of him, but he literally walked me from one of the store to the other end with full enthusiasm. Kudos and 5*’s to him. Whoever reads this review I met him for some questions in the mower section.

Our dryer crapped out unexpectedly today and we went mat Devin, who helped us find a new washer and dryer set. He might be the most knowledgeable sales rep ever. He gave us the information on different units without pressuring us to just get the best/most expensive one. We appreciate his help.

I ordered a chest freezer on June 29th, and since that time it has been delayed 4 times. They are estimating now the order might be ready by 7/22. Their web site states that you can have it delivered next day for $79.00, so it must be available. Website goes on to say over 80 were purchased last week. I called and asked to speak to the store manager, but was given a name of someone who works in the warehouse, but of course their gone for the day. Terrible customer service, and deceptive advertising.

Had a retail nightmare - opened the box at home and realized some items were missing after throwing away the box, in this case the battery to an electric mower. Panicked I'd get left holding the bag on this, I went to this store and the employees at the return counter were super helpful. They found a spare version of the part and were able to make everything perfect, so happy I purchased at Lowes!
