This store has terrible customer service if you are not Hispanic they don't care about customer service. They do not tell you all the details about buying a new phone or give good recommendations for phones. And what they do tell you is not true .I have been a Metro customer since 2017.
I will never go into this store again.
I will drive 17 miles out of my way to go to another store.
I have 6 phones, 2 tablets and 2 Internet boxes.

This location will not honor any of the promotional deals offered on metros website. They will tac 300-400 dollars on to the original price of every phone (even free promo upgrades) claiming that they only sell phones in package deals. I have been to many locations and this is by far the worst. They will only sell you a phone if they can also sell you a garbage alibaba phone case and charger for 300 dollars. The manager is a very rude tiny little man.

I add a phone in person with a worker in this store and was told I couldn’t add a phone service to my family plane and was told to pay $160 a month after I called the phone service and was told I could and that they were overcharging people for add a new phone and knowingly making new plans to receive more money from the customers also overly charged. I was also told I will be charged only $115 which is a big difference I don’t not recommend this place please call first.

Walked in to purchase a power cord. I was very pleasantly greeted and sold my cord immediately. I really appreciate the excellent customer experience.

These guys are excellent ! Especoally Saif ! Even though I was trying to me leave metro they were so helpfull . Saif , spent the better part of an hour and a half patiently assisting metros customer service to help me get my port out code ... Thank you again Saif ! u rock !
