Rude and Unprofessional Employee
I had a terrible experience at a Metro by T-Mobile store recently. The woman who helped me, who appeared to be in her 40s, her name is Floraima
was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of not being able to communicate clearly in English, she had an attitude the entire time and made no real effort to help.
She seemed annoyed by basic questions and acted like I was wasting her time. I came in needing assistance and left more frustrated than when I walked in.
Metro by T-Mobile needs to seriously rethink who they have representing their brand. Customers deserve respect and clear communication — not attitude and confusion. I won’t be coming back to that location.

I have been trying to fix my son's phone. For the past week I made a payment on the 22nd of last month and the guy named Angel took my payment of 71.00 dollars later my son gets a message that another payment is due the 29th and so I go up there with my husband. The same guy attends me and says the systems and computer were down to come back at a later time. So at this point I'm angry and unsatisfied at how they handled my situation. Please do better that's all I ask.

It is the last time i stop by at this location. They need to hire people who speak english each time i have came an older lady is unable to help me and does not even try to translate and sends me off to the store across the street. will be taking my service else where

Had such an amazing experience this week with the store manager Blanca, she was very sweet and offered us a great special to move our current lines to t mobile and save half of what we currently pay with metro PLUS we got new iphones for the switch, also a young gentleman angel took the time to help us back up our information on our current devices so the switch would be an easy transition. They assured every question we had were answered. I am sad to leave but will be coming back to blanca for any phone troubles we have, super recommend this location. Thank you Blanca and Angel for your honesty and kindness. Give em a raise !!!!

Terrible customer service. The associate rudely told me the 2 prices (over $300 and over $700) for a phone. Didn't look my account up and provided no help, rushed me off. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

Closed store 30min before they were supposed to. Both employees looked at me and couldnt bother to get up behind the counter and let me in. I will not be returning here.

Brian and Martha were super nice and worked very quickly to get me put on a new metro flex plan and install a sim card kit in my Galaxy smartphone. Will be going back again for fast service. Great job Brian and Martha!

So I'm thinking about switching to metro and went in there to ask about some information. Luckily I met Blanca. Guys let me tell you she blew my mind away with how she treated me. She was very helpful and recommending and listening to all my needs. She is awesome please stop by and see her.

Just left metro at this location and the customer service was horrible from this women named Blanca she’s on the heavier side and Hispanic just so you guys know who it is whenever you go to this store. My dad went to go get a phone and activate it using his number , he gave her his number mind you he only knows his number by memory. She ended up disconnecting my phone line because she clicked the wrong number obviously she doesn’t want to admit she was in wrong so I had to drive up there in order to get my line connected again and having to pay for 2 activations. Even tho I paid for my activation whenever I got this phone.It’s not about the money paid it’s about not wanting to admit she was in the wrong and plus she has the decency to yell at my dad, have the nastiest attitude and face. Plus after I told her if she was in the wrong it’s fine just not fair for us to pay that just because , she just got on her phone and tired ignoring mind you I wasn’t saying anything bad just asking how we could fix this issue.Do better Blanca, you can talk back in your personal life not at work with customers hunny.
