Unkempt, unfriendly, acted like I was just a lump. Quoted one price, then, after giving the shot, charged me 30% more than quoted. VERY difficult to get on phone!

I made an appointment online and received a text asking if I was in the waiting room 10 min before my appointment started. I replied and said no I am 5 minutes away. I arrived right on time and signed in on the computer and they told me that my appointment was canceled. I was there right on time and they still wouldn't take me in. They have really unprofessional staff and I would never go to this clinic again.

Arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time and only 25 minutes after they opened. Online confirmation was not functioning correctly. Someone did come out and confirm I was registered. They then disappeared with a patient into the office. A person that I assume was a PA, went in and out of an exam room after cleaning it, asked if I was waiting for an appointment and then went back into the empty exam room and closed the door. I had some place to be so after waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled time and not seeing anyone for 10 minutes I got fed up and left.

I have gone to CVS minute clinic at Post Road many times. This was a first for my 10 year old daughter, and honestly we wouldn't have gone for her if we could have gotten into her pediatrician for her ears. Today was a very different experience than I have had in the past. First, I had to wait and then go in with a lady (I did not get her name) who did not wash her hands or wear gloves after emptying the specimens that were in the testing machines before taking my daughter's temp and bp!!!Then I was sent back out to the waiting room and had to wait for the NP to call us back. This was different than in the past, but okay. The NP was Steven Hammond. He lacks any kind of bedside manner (I mean I didn't expect much, but he obviously hates life). He kept his back to us when taking information and never made any kind of eye contact. After being seen by Steven Hammond and waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes for a RX in CVS, I went back to Steven for a physical RX. He said he would call in a RX at a different pharmacy. Seeing as they were about to close I asked him to print/write a paper copy of the RX so I could physically walk it in to the other pharmacy instead of calling it in. He printed a summary of my report, not an RX. I told him that was not what I was asking for. He acted confused and said, "I don't know what you want. I don't even have a piece of paper." I told him I would wait for him to call in the RX so that I could have a confirmation number for the pharmacy. He looked at me confused again. He said, "Yes, I will call it in." I again told him I would wait to confirm that the new pharmacy had the RX. He said, "Do you not believe me?" I told him I had had past issues with CVS minute clinic not getting the RX to a pharmacy that wasn't CVS. I told him I would wait while he called it in. He said, "you can leave." I told him I would go to the other pharmacy and if they didn't have it in an hour I would come back to CVS again for him to call it in. Then he asked me if I was threatening him! Really??? I explained that I had been waiting at this point 2 hours and I wanted to make sure my daughter was going to get her meds that he prescribed before we left town the next morning. He proceeded to shut the door in my face! The three other people waiting in the clinic just shook their heads. They agreed they had had nothing but problems with the minute clinic at Post Road and the CVS pharmacy at Post Road and that corporate CVS didn't care. It is sad that people who work in such a profession with the attitudes of those at CVS have the control of someone's health. It shouldn't be hard to be courteous when you work with the public.

I walked in right at 8:30 in hopes of being seen fairly quickly. I was experiencing symptoms of strep and needed to get antibiotics ASAP... I asked if there was any possibility if I could be seen before 4:30 (because that was the only time that was showing up online) and the PA said "probably, but if that's the only time that's showing then that means we are fully booked" I told her I would be quick and she told me to sit and wait and that I could probably be seen sooner than that. Well, she went into a room to gossip with another nurse and did not come out for 45 minutes, only to tell me that I had to wait longer. There were no other patients!!!!

I woke up feeling like I had a UTI Friday morning and I'm 9 weeks pregnant. My OBGYN couldn't take me in, because their computers were down. The only way to treat a UTI is with antibiotics and amoxicillin is safe during pregnancy. When I arrived to CVS, the provider kept saying why didn't you go to the OB/GYN? Why didn't you go to the OB/GYN? She asked me 20 times. I had explained that my OB/GYN system was down Friday and they're closed on the weekend. She was not listening and talking to me like I'm an idiot when I already went through a super frustrating situation of not being able to schedule an appointment with them due to their system being down. She then asked me 5 more times. Lady are you listening? Then she proceeded to say 'this is a scary situation', 'this is a scary situation' like 5 times. She apparently has a repeating herself issue. She prescribed me antibiotics for the UTI and then she told me I need to go to the ER after and I'm like what the heck is the ER going to do? Cut off my vagina? All they can do is give me antibiotics, which is why I am here. She made me feel like an idiot and was stressing me out, saying it was scary when UTIs are super common in pregnancy. I called the OBGYN today and no one seemed concerned since I was on antibiotics. I had a bad experience and would never suggest going here. Way to try to scare a pregnant woman and frustrate the hell out of her.

Honestly had such a good experience. The wait was a little bit longer, but the service was high quality, it was affordable, and they followed up with everything promptly. Darcy was great, everyone was respectful and knowledgeable, and I 100% would go back.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst staff, on the website it says walk in and appointments. She said it’s walk in if there’s cancellation but the website does no state that. I came down with the flu and required a flu test to get medication, she said sorry we are booked. There were no patients with her and she closed the door and told me to go to urgent care. I told her I have a newborn and I cannot risk getting him sick and she said no and walked away. She had no patient with her and I asked her if I could wait to see if the next patient doesn’t show up and she said if you have that much time then go to urgent care. No empathy, nothing, it would take her 10-15 minutes to do a swab test, their break is between 1:30-2:30 and I went in at 12:15. I will be calling CVS corporate to file a complaint.

Walked in and met by a rude asain lady in a lab coat and asked if she could help us. I explained my daughter had been exposed to the flu and I would like a rapid flu test. She told us to come back tomorrow or go to an urgent care. I looked around and no one was there, no line, and no one even in the treatment room. Not at all convenient, even tried to call ahead to see if we could come in today and they didn't even "accept calls at the moment". Very upsetting!! Also need a flu vaccine but apparently I will have to come back for that as well. Q

Susana Mcguire is an incredible professional. It's the 3rd time she has seen a member of my family. She is always so kind, compassionate, and through during our visits. Each time we have seen her, she explained everything we needed to know, she was patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. We have used the Post Rd minute clinic a few times and we have been lucky to mostly been helped by Sunana. She goes above and beyond.

Walk ins welcome but they bump you even if no one in front of you when you come in. This is not a walk in anything. The provider on Saturday Nov 13 2021 seems very frazzled and only two people here. One man after me had an appointment for 30 minutes after me.Doesn’t seem to know how to perform the test appropriately and I am an urgent care provider. I have compassion and empathy for my colleagues but this person is rude and does not know simple manners. Was not impressed. Was not a sick appt., was just a quick to screen for new employer. She could have given me my tb screen and let me leave instead she chose to make me wait hours. And of course no one has hours to waste. She ruined my Friendsgiving today busy not being efficient snd causing an unnecessary delay.

Would rate this a 0. The instructions said bring an insurance card. When I got there they said that we needed to upload a photo. But the video didn't say that. The person also said there was no other way to put in insurance. This is a pharmacy they should have alternate options. Would rate it 0

The nurse here Mai Xue was incredibly rude & not helpful. I got there at 12:15 and was almost finished signing in when she interrupted me & told me I’d have to go to an urgent care they were closed. Then she took the lady in line behind me that had a 12:30 apt. It took all the energy I had to get myself to this clinic and I can’t afford to go to the urgent care. This was no way to treat a sick patient. I left in tears.
