Awful customer service and poor car wash! Don’t waste your money here.. I’ll be going to the Mister Car Wash down the street from now on, they don’t do interior but at least they care about their customers!

Really getting tired of poor customer service and this is the 2nd time I’ve had a membership at this place. It will definitely be the last. Before Covid this car wash was great. Like everything else, business dialed back their services as did this car wash so I cancelled my membership.I went with another car wash that did really well but they shut their doors and pulled out of Ga. So I decided to give this car wash another try. What a mistake.I’ve noticed they aren’t maintaining their equipment. Their cleaning belts are extremely dirty and not maintained. Even the tents over the post wash area are dirty and dingy.Today was the last straw.When I drove up and went through the wash, the post wash detailing area was empty. 4 kids were in the detail shop. One was working. The others were just standing around doing nothing. I asked if anyone was working outside. They said they were detailing a car. I asked if it took all four of them to detail a car? I would have to wait?I immediately went outside and started to clean my own car. One came outside. I told him no - I would do it myself.The kid came back outside and I told him to get the manager. This was ridiculous that I had to clean my own car when I’m paying for the platinum plan.Finally I went back inside and told the manager to cancel all my membership plans.This is the most poorly run car wash I have ever seen.Don’t waste your time coming here. You’re better off just washing your car at home.#NeverComingback.

Oil change took an hour and a half. My children and I waited in the lobby while everyone else was taken care of. We were the very last car done but not the last one to arrive.Service: Oil change

Corporate needs to contact me immediately.My car was stuck in the wash and a truck was hitting the back of my vehicle and we were both honking to stop the wash. The car in front of me wasn’t moving and my car was! I was too traumatized to go back through the wash so I left with a soapy vehicle as the staff didn’t seem to think it was a big deal!!!!!!

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I got greeted with the best customer service! The whole interior and exterior process was so quick, took about 20 minutes to get a car wash and to have the inside cleaned as well. They did an amazing job while having a great attitude. Definitely recommend, and I will be coming back for sure!Services: Tires

Purchased an unlimited wash plan direct-billed to my debit card. BIG Mistake. You are limited to one wash per day (undisclosed fact at time of purchase so not so unlimited).Worst of all, I sold the car that was attached to the unlimited plan and have for the last 4 months attempted to cancel the plan for the vehicle to no avail. Charges continue to debit to my account and no communication from the vendor despite using their process for account cancellation.Wash services are okay, but do not recommend any pre-billed services from them and their services are not unique. Will be taking my business elsewhere and cancelling the card they are billing. Mr. Clean on Buford Hwy -- Thanks for the overbilling and nonexistent customer service.

I got my car detailed and they did a spectacular job. My car was super dirty when I came in due to having a kid in baseball. They were super detailed and made sure nothing was missed. I will definitely be back.Services: Vacuuming

So, I went there to get my interior detailed. (my car had a bad odor coming from the passenger side front seat). So, they detailed it and my seats. Now my cars passenger warning light/sound is going off the entire ride home and they refuse to acknowledge any of the damages nor offer a refund. all i wanted was a refund but nope. anyways, i will not be returning to this location again.

Nice spot, brushes are a little aggressive on the mirrors at the end. Not alot of frills on the DIY side. Just dry towels and vac. A little concerned about my mirrors but I'll go back.

***EDIT. Changed my review. I called the store and they were so polite, understanding, canceled my account and ensured me they would take steps not to let this happen again. I went and they told me about a special for $20 where I got unlimited monthly washes. They Used my number at the drive up spot to "register me" and then when I asked for a receipt said it'd text me. I never received any text or receipt. Scam for sure. I won't use this place ever again. Now I have to figure out how to cancel with no receipt and no clue what to do.

WOW…I must say, this place has made MASSIVE improvements from the last time I was here. Everything from the full service to the interior detailing was top notch. The new General Manager, Maddix, made it a point to introduce himself and make sure that my vehicle was handled properly. I have and will continue to tell everyone that there’s a new sheriff in town.Services: Clay bar treatment

I love this place! Car wash is reasonably priced. It comes with a free vacuum. The best part is that they have cleaner sprays and towels for you to use. They even have compressed air for detail cleaning. This is my new regular spot.
