While checking out I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home. Of course I have Apple Pay on my phone, but I also had an employee ID card that I wanted to use. (The whole reason I went to the store). I asked the girl three times if she could look up my employee number or if I could show other form of Id to prove that I was who I was. She continue to ignore me like I was crazy and kept saying I could type in my ss number to use my credit card. I’m annoyed by my experience. I felt like I was being push through a line. When I was just trying to ask for help with the situation, which I did not receive. The register was 301 and the time was around 1:35pm. I think the quality of service was bad and I am an old navy employee myself.

Got a gift card for Christmas, lost the card and the manager helped me get it replaced the customer service. I spoke to customer service and got nothing but attitude and he kept telling me to go to the store I bought the card from. Well he was wrong, the manager ended up contacting someone in customer service that helped us out. Next time I will be more careful with my gift cards. Overall, excellent service and friendly staff.

We had to go back because they forgot to remove a security tab that did not go off when we left ..so we drove 45 minutes back to have it removed .
