Go to literally any other pharmacy. It's shocking how rude and miserable the pharmacy staff is.... EVERY time I go in. Even the two times I spoke with them on the phone .This location is walking distance to my house and next door to my gym and I've made the decision to go clear passed them and elsewhere. I'm not sure if they all just so happen to hate life or just hate it there but I'm not going back to find out!

I placed a order to pick up and first, they charge you almost 20 extra with fees, services charges, tip to have it delivered. So i plan for a pick up. Within 1 hour Publix texts the order will be late. We get another text they're picking the order and my husband starts to go there. Its 10 miles from me because the closest ones are not a pock up or delivery store. The address is 1735 buford highway. The maps takes him to buford highway at peachtree industrial blvd which is 24 miles from us. They he turns around and puts in cumming and it shows up. So he drives there and now the text says they don't have anyone to bring it out. WTF. Then i call the store and they say "oh you husband is here now and we will bring it out to him" after hes gone into the store and risks exposure. If your gonna fo delivery or pick up DO IT RIGHT. Im high risk do i cant go shopping snd thats why we went to delivery or pick up. WTH publix??!!

Easy to navigate. Staff is friendly. Love the made to order sub station. It can sometimes get pretty busy though. Wish they would pull in an additional employee to help when that happens.

I love this store and many other people and attributes of it, but ever single time I come in and have to check out I dread having to deal with Lori. She has always and continues to have the worst attitude. It never changes, and everyone else there is just the best. This has been going on for years, and it doesn't seem to ever let up. If you don't like customer service, you feel that people are inconveniencing you, then find another job. Please.

I love the Publix pharmacists at Cruse Marketplace. They are always so helpful and friendly. Today they called me to let me know my prescription was ready because the prescription date ended today. I generally hate pharmacies, but this one does it right. ðŸ‘

Customer service is terrible. Someone in my family is in this store several times a week but we are done. We will continue to shop at the pharmacy but all other shopping has been moved to Ingles. My daughter and my husband have both had very negative experiences with department managers.

Situated in the spacious location. Cooking procedure demonstrated lively. Samples are given for taste. Fish, mutton and other cooked samples are available at various place within the premises.

Bomb sandwiches. We prefer to come here to get our subs over subway any day! I love the color of the building. Great shape. This place is very CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Shopping cart wheels are oiled fast enough to move like Mario cart. Their selection of Pepperidge farm cookies are to die for. The sunsets beautifully over the parking lot. So romantic!

I shop here for my mother as she is a Publix woman, so have to say they have great selection and deli, bakery as any other. Great staff, electric scooters for my mom- always charged- and pretty good selection of meats and fish. She shops here often, buys every BOGO there is (LOL)- things we don't even eat, but loves Publix and this has a great staff and good inventory. Clean, help to the car, its what grocery stores are to be. Good management . She has been coming here since they opened and she could not be more pleased. I live on the other side of the lake so my comments are for her and if she's happy, Im happy. Recommend.

Shout out to Adam in the Deli! I watched a crazy man throw a shopping basket across the counter at him in a rage for no reason! (well the reason was Adam was slicing cheese for a small family at the time and the grump couldn't get his sub INSTANTLY) Adam was very cool, calm, and professional and didn't let it phase him! I reassured the manager of what I saw and that Adam conducted himself pleasantly and professionally. And my roast beef sub was great! I'll be back as always.
