Very friendly and helpful staff. I had issues with a prescription and couldn't get in several pharmacies. Publix was able to move the prescription and I could pick it up promptly

This Publix may have the most inefficient sub counter I’ve ever seen. During peak lunch rush they’ll have 1 person working the counter with 7-9 people working other stations. I don’t understand the complacency of other employees to stand around and watch while the line is to the bakery. This department needs oversight. I come here 2-3 days a week and it’s systematic.

There is a nationwide listeria outbreak for boarshead meat sold at Publix. I called this Publix and asked them if they knew about it. They did not and are still selling the possibly tainted meat.

Y'all need to get your deli department in order. Seems like you regularly have 10-15 employees but can only help 1 customer at a time. God forbid someone has a question, there only seems to be 2 employees that can answer any questions, so that stops everything to have 3-4 employees answering the question. Then some of the employees will stand there chot chatting and laughing while the deli line grows and grows and only a single employee helping customers out of 10+. 1 of the employees is so scattered that the 2 times she has helped me, she puts my food together and leaves it sitting on the scale to go do something else. 1 of the times I had to ask a 2nd employee to simply give it to me because the first just ran off. And frankly with that many employees behind the counter, I think y'all should be able to make a sandwich in similar speed to subway with 1 employee, but it's not even close. Clearly some of these people are new and I'm aware that they have other responsibilities than just helping customers. But c'mon, it's been getting worse and worse the last several months.
