The friendly and welcoming teachers talk you through the exercises and provide motivation. Attendees improve their balance, flexibility, and core strength. The class offerings are loved by all, making it a new favorite workout that keeps people coming back for a long time. It is a welcoming place for everyone.

Attended my first class for free and loved it. I will be back for a membership. Men don’t be intimidated by being the only male in the class. You will improve your balance, flexibility, and core strength (aka your beer gut guys ?). Their classes are super inexpensive too.

Great studio with great teachers. Love the class offerings. Ellie in the front is so friendly and welcoming! I love going to this place.

Friendly ladies and great workouts! I love how the teachers talk you through and encourage you. My new favorite workout!! I thought I was only going to go for a couple months but I can't get enough of Barre class! I'll be there for a long time!
