The Phlebotomist was not able to insert needle properly and missed vein. Accordingly my right arm is black and blue. Complete training should occur before they draw blood on patients

First time visiting a Quest. Was amazing and super quick- no wait and we did a walk in. The lady who did my blood test was amazing and so nice, she kept conversation with me during it and was done super quickly. Will be visiting again for my future tests!

Today was my third time coming in to drop off a sample and the first coupe of visits were fine. I made appointments for all three visits. My appointment today was at 4:50 pm and I got there at 4:49 pm due to traffic ( I was still on time) . A lady came out and asked the reason for my visit and I explained. She then went to tell me they don’t accept visitors after 4:45 pm so I had to leave. Since this did not seem true I called customer services & provided the address of the location & I was told visits with appts can be accepted at this location till 4:50 pm. I had to drive an hour to get there. The lady just seemed liked she didn’t want to do her job. This is very frustrating and I will not be using this lab moving forward.

I would give a 0 if I could. Awful staff, zero respect. Tech started walking toward me with hands up in a very aggressive way. Would avoid like the plague.

This place was horrible first of all my kids were sitting down in the corner where there were chairs and the chairs accidentally hit the wall and one of the nurses came out yelling at them like they were her kids very rude do not go here she was very disrespectful and just because my kids were talking she told them to be quiet

I had to have blood drawn today, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! Teresa and Cindy were not only friendly and kind but they were also extremely helpful. Would highly recommend, and will make sure to return should I need to.

Easy scheduling and Quest STICKS to the appointment guidelines states - walk-ins do not get “in line” as other labs. VERY professional phlebotomists - been to many different locations and all are professional and courteous! Quest is always my go-to.
