Most of the staff at this place lack basic competence. They are unable to perform simple calculations and do not understand what clients need or request; skills that should be fundamental for this role. They need to be retrained.

Cashier guy doesn’t make eye contact or say a single word even when it’s a situation where he probably should which is a little weird but I got what I needed so it’s ok

So got gas this morning and it took 40 bucks to fill up then went into get some things and it declined my card. They are holding 120 dollars of my money over 40 dollars in gas. What if this was my last 100 dollars that I really needed. This should be illegal to hold peoples money like this

They stole my money!
Very disappointed with the customer service.
I used the self-checkout to purchase a coffee and a few other items, and the payment went through on my card — I even have a screenshot to prove it. However, the system had an issue, and the two women working there were incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to understand the problem, they acted as if I was lying or didn’t know how to use my card.
They failed to resolve the issue and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. In the end, I left without my coffee or the items I paid for, simply because I couldn’t stand being spoken to that way and treated like I was the problem - when clearly the issue was on their end.
This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

I like this location, we stop here weekly. It's your standard newer racetrack, like all places that have younger workers, customer service is so so but that's a generational issue not this location issue.

Not open 24 hours. Literally every RACETRAC tells this lie. They might be open 24 hours 2 or 3 days out of the month. Can’t wait for QT across the street to open and put them out of business. Stop lying to your customers and post true business hours.

When this particular location first opened, it was great open 24 hours. There’s not a station nearby in this area. That’s open 24 hours but recently I have noticed if you go there later in the evening, they will have a handwritten sign on the door that the store is closed, but they’re still allowing people to pump gas. There are employees inside. It used to be that they would direct you to the service window where you could walk up to the window tell them would you like within the store they would get that item for you and ring you up and pass it through the drawer recently. It seems like the store is not open while there are poison inside and they will not even service you at the window therefore this station is truly not a 24 hourgas station if you’re not willing to service employees inside the store or at the service window.
I’ve run into a similar situation at another race track located 5 miles at Post Road and Highway nine. This store is often closed with employees visibly inside and I have even been there when they do not allow you to pump gas either so I am not sure why they advertise this as being a 24 hour gas station when they truly cannot service customers 24 hours. I’m not sure why this is happening if it’s just lazy employees but am I honest opinion later in the evening, it does not take that many employees to run that store to employees would be sufficient enough to check out the occasional customer that would like to come in and purchase something or to service them at the service window. That obviously is a waste because they do not utilize it too bad this is happening at more than one race track the good news is a quick trip is built being built adjacent to each one of these race tracks and maybe this will put them more on their game and make them realize that there is a superior gas station that is truly open 24 seven.
I agree with a previous review and by another customer about the yellow jackets, swarming trash cans at the gas pumps at the Store located at Post Road and Highway 20 there’s obviously a problem you can see them swarming everywhere all the time they will fly in your car. You cannot stand outside and pump gas for fear being stung. This is clearly an issue. Why wouldn’t they just remove the trash cans from the gas pump areasto eliminate this problem? I know that is not an ideal situation, but I would much rather have the trash cans removed, then to be stung by bees.
