We received old fashioned customer service from Tameir! She answered the phone! She listened, answered our questions, and made suggestions. Then we went in to see her and she was truly a breath of fresh air. She helped us and explained everything and made us feel valued and appreciated.

I really love the people at this branch, but half the time or more i come here the atm will not let me deposit cash. This is very inconvenient because its hard to make a tripBy here when i need to deposit using a teller and still make it to work on time. I know its not the tellers fault about the atm, but it is really becoming a problem.

Truly disappointed in Regions. I have been a long time customer, I noticed the referral ads and got my son to open 2 accounts, more recently, my daughter and her husband opened 2 accounts. No referral bonus and I asked why in the branch. Long answer basically saying they have to jump through hoops for 6 months to get the referral. The ads fail to mention that. When I asked to be contacted by corporate I was told no problem. 2 months later still nothing. Considering all of us moving our accounts. I don't like to be mislead

Regions has gotten really bad here lately.Staff is so rude, fraud dept let company draft your account then contact you afterwards so pending charge has to post to account before they will taking any action.Too late they have the money now duh

They wouldn't give a a 50 dollar bill for two twenties and a ten. So I could put it in my grand daughters Xmas card. No Christmas spirit just a go away if I can't make money off of you I am going to bad mouth Regions every chance I get. Your bank is unfriendly to customers

The branch manager- Mary- is simply amazing. She’s a problem solver and goes above and beyond to get customers the help they need. Two other branches were quick to tell me they couldn’t help with my issue, that it just wasn’t possible. But Mary knew it WAS possible, & what set her apart is that she didn’t mind putting in the extra work to make things happen.

I have banked with Regions Bank for over 35 years. The reason for my loyalty is great customer service. Sarah Tront went above and beyond to assist me in ordering my new checks. I made several mistakes in giving her my information and she was patient and understanding each time I called.Thank you Regions and thank you Sarah☺️

This bank has taken care of my mom for years! Now that I am her caregiver, she requests that I only use this branch. I have to pass multiple branches just so she can go to the one she trusts. Thank you for caring about your clients!

As a vet i bank with a military bank USAA as a lot of you know there isn't always a branch or a physical bank I can just walk in to and deposit, exchange currency etc. So I walked into regions in hopes that I could exchange less than a 100 dollars in rolled change my daughter has saved up, except they would not do it because of the possibility that there could be a discrepancy. Fully aware of the situation and that I banked with USAA and didnt have a physical building I could walk into and do this at. What a joke Regions!!! Fortunately Bank of AMERICA did do it for me without a issue whatsoever. Thank you for your support and help BOA. might just open a new account there but I will certainly never walk back into or try and use Regions bank for any reason ever again. Might seem somewhat of a minor situation and it is but it's the point that gets up under my skin. I wonder if they treat there account holders any better than there veterans..

The clerks inside a super nice and helpful. They always greet you friendly, and they do exactly what you tell them. I give them three stars because the drive through clerk is horrible. She is the older woman who wears glasses. She’s rude, does not greet you friendly, always has an attitude. She never does what I specifically ask. I have not ONCE had a good experience with her, which is why the drive through on exit 13 is your best bet.
