They couldn't source a back windshield for my car but the neither could any of the other places I called. I had to spend a hefty $ They were on time professional and quick. They cleaned the glass out of the back of my car. Satisfied with the service

A few weeks ago I made an appointment to have a “Star Crack” repaired and the shoddy work was very noticeable with poor resin and left a small crater in the center (not smooth). I was instructed to contact corporate customer service and spoke to two individuals…Last one I spoke to (McKenzie) seemed caring when she went through asking questions about the poor repair. Said the district manager for this area would call me that day and she would follow up at end of day. Not one person ever called me back.The manager at this location had a lackadaisical attitude and was of no help with contacting corporate customer service for me. Everything was on me and I’m out $160 for a terrible job. Forget this location if you want a quality job. Seek other sources if you can.

The service technician that came out to install at my home did a poor job.Took the vehicle to the store where they had to replace the windshield.The in store installers did a great job to correct the issues.Also the at home technician put my new windshield wipers blades upside down and we're not locked in place. I corrected the problem myself.If the technician was uncomfortable about installing my blades I would have been glad to install.I am giving the store the high star for correcting the problem.Too bad it was not correctly the first time.

I have a 2023 Hyundai Palisade that needed a windshield replacement. My vehicle has a lot of fancy features and the windshield needed recalibration which is why I needed to go to the location rather than Safelite coming to me. As a busy working Mother of two, I greatly appreciated the follow up text messages from Safelite reminding me of my appointment, the "know before you go" video and updates. They were fast and efficient. My vehicle was clean and left just the way they received it. I highly recommend this location.

Michael was awesome! He has great customer service skills, and if I ever need another windshield replacement, I’ll make sure to come back here. The lady at the front is also so nice! 10/10 experience here.

I had an appointment to have a windshield replaced. They tried to sell me a calibration that is not required. The windshield was quoted at $330. They wanted another $400 for the calibration. I am a Ford Master Technician with 30+ years of experience. While I am completely capable of doing a calibration myself, I have never found it necessary to perform this service unless the camera itself has failed. I walked out and so should you.Updated 8/18/23: The windshield was replaced at a Ford dealership today. The price was $457.63 installed. Per the Ford factory shop manual, no calibration was performed. Any claim that calibration is required by Ford is a lie.

Terrible service. Made an appt for windshield replacement but they called otw to the appt to tell me the glass had broken when unpacking. Made another appt, got there and wrong one was ordered. Made another appt, they apologized and offered to split my deductible. Installed 3rd windshield but wouldn't give us any reduced rate based on our 4 wasted trips back and forth. Pulled the call where the agent promised the deduction but was then told she doesn't have authorization to make that decision. I'll pay extra next time and go somewhere else.

Brought my wife's car in to replace passenger window, had it done in 90 minutes. The tech was very knowledgeable and listened to my wife's concerns and remembered how far we came to get it done.

I had safelight tech come to my house two months ago to repair my windshield . While the car is outside the garage , the tech was standing near my garage shelves looking for something. Obviously I knew what he's doing . So this time I refused to have a tech come to my house and work on another Rick hit . I rather drive to a business shop and wait for it. This inconvenience led me to meet with Garrison. He is the manager at keith bridge location and he took care of it in a professional manner. Highly recommend this place .

What a terrible experience. I dropped my car off to get a new windshield and afterwards the car broke down on the way back with all my safety error lights going on. My car was disabled. and requested a tow. The dumb staff there especially the so called Manager who is unpolished and rude stated he would call me back but never did. Blew me off over 3 more days. I had my car towed to a Service center and got everything fixed but I am out over $1k. I am spreading this word everywhere I can. I am also contacting bbb and Safelite management. Albert is a J***a*** and should not be in any managerial position. Perhaps has enough personal skills to be a bathroom porter.

This mess of a place screwed up my car by incorrectly calibrating. My car lost all safety features. Albert the low iq manager there was of zero help and non responsive. I had to shell out over 860.00 in repairs / calibration and 220.00 in towing. I will relentlessly pursue reimbursement from these cheap incompetent thrives.

Back window shattered and needed replaced. Technician had great communication and was very nice. I don't if it was my technician or if Safelite does not supply them with the proper tools to protect your vehicle from scratches and the mess they make when having to remove glass. I'm not talking about average glass shards I'm talking ridiculous amounts and residual really fine pieces I cannot get out of back rear dash. Also I had so much glass all over my vehicle the tech scratched the hell out of my trunk lid as he set his shop vacuum up on my car. I take extremely good care of my car am very concerned with the level of care taken by this company.Also after the tech asked me to help him install my window as he was putting it in he is saying as he is trying to get window in proper place he kept saying these windows suck , these suck!!!! As well then proceeded to tell meThere not the best quality !! Also he made a mess of interior lining he did help clean it up but don't think all the stains he made came out. Not a 100% satisfaction. Also have a ding in my trunk lid which was not there prior. Should have paid the extra $500 bucks went to dealership and had OEM parts with hopefully better care. Guess you get what you pay for .
