I would think that an established business is aware of what "open for business" means to the public. 4 days and 15 calls attempting to give them money and not a soul on site.

They ran my credit card without my permission to rent a parking space that I did not want. They refuse to refund my money.

I cleared out a storage unit one day before the next month's renewal. I went to the office twice to try and cancel that day but no one was there. When I called the main number the next day, I was told that I had been charged for the next month's rent since it was the day the month renewal was processed. I was also told there are no pro-rations, meaning i could not get a refund for the month I didn't use.

We’ve been at SecurCare for years and have no complaints. The people have always been friendly and courteous. Our unit was temperature controlled and always clean. We are moving north and finally moved all our belongings.

This place is so great! I rented my unit online, but somehow got 2 units when I thought I rented one. Bunne helped make sure I only rented the one and helped get my money back. She also waited for me to arrive for almost a hour to take her lunch to get this all situated for me. She even took me to see the unit and was so very helpful and nice on everything! If you rent highly recommend going through her!
