I had no idea bra shopping could be anything other than a terrible chore. I came in with an online exchange and need some advice on fit. I was greeted warmly by both employees but Christine was beyond helpful in finding the right size, color, and then doing an even exchange. I would definitely recommend this store.

Okay wow! First of all, every woman knows that bra shopping is an absolute nightmare. Today, Ella totally turned that around for me! I was warmly greeted immediately. She really listened when I told her what I was looking for, and made me feel so comfortable while she put together a wonderful array in my size. I loved them all - which is just unbelievable! I don’t think I’ve ever had this much fun shopping for new bras, let alone any fun at all. I will absolutely be a more frequent return shopper, just based on Ella alone. She is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

Found this location accepts donations of gently used bras for The Bra Recyclers - walked in this afternoon with my bag of donations and immediately felt unwelcome. There were two workers behind the register and not a customer in sight - the ladies looked super annoyed that I was there. I awkwardly walked up to the counter while they continued to look at me in disgust. As I approached one walked away without saying a word to me, the other started typing into her register. No “hello”, no “what can I help you with?”. She looked like she was bracing herself to be bothered. I politely dropped off the bras and left. I would have loved to look around and possibly shop, but lack of customer service and unwelcoming vibe ensure I won’t be returning.

Poor customer service….lots to work on. I am visiting from FL, enjoyed lunch, then wanted to do a bit of shopping. My Aunt and I, stopped into Soma at the Collections….As we walked through the front door, there were two employees unloading boxes and seemed to be miffed. No “hello”, No “can I help you look for something”, No “welcome in”….they acted as if we weren’t there. Mind you, there were no other customers in the store at the time. As we looked around aimlessly, eventually an employee walked up to ask if we needed anything….she was tall, thin with longer hair. Nothing inviting about her personality, as she also seemed to be slightly annoyed. There was a more helpful employee, younger brunette, can’t remember her name…
Eventually, I decided on a few items to purchase, took them to the counter and the tall skinny lady checked me out….no smile, no thanks for shopping with us, no personality at all. It felt extremely awkward, as I am spending close to $300 in your store.
Nonetheless, as we were leaving…I looked at one of the previous employees (unloading boxes), and said have a good day! She said NOTHING in return, not even as a simple pleasantry…or mannerly gesture.
By all means, we will not be back. Though, the younger brunette, is the reason 2 stars.
It’s very simple….. be kind and helpful to your customers. Or, at least fake it!!
***Update*** I tried to call number provided in the response from owner. The number is invalid, and doesn’t even ring. Interesting.

Annie was amazing! Great customer service very attentive and patient and great listener to my needs, she helped me tremendously I have been looking for a good quality bra and It was my first time shopping at this store. And I would definitely recommend and go again! There pajamas also looked amazing and when I have time I will get other items because I was very happy with my purchase of my two bras. Thank you Annie!

I am so pleased with this store. Misty worked tirelessly to find the right fit and size for me. She spent a great deal of time and never lost patience. Her personality is bright, cheerful and she makes you feel like you are the only one in the store. I can’t say enough good things about Misty. She is probably the best of anyone who has ever helped me in any store. Misty deserves a big time raise!!!

My mom and I came to get fitted for bras and to purchase some for my wedding. Anne was amazing, she helped me out along with her fellow employee. She would be running around between myself and mom grabbing different style bras trying to help us find the perfect ones. She went over and beyond and I wish I could give her 10 stars!!!

The store manager Annie is wonderful. She was patient and gave me several styles and options to try on. I was able to find some great fitting styles. Excellent service and overall great experience, will definitely continue to shop this store. Thanks again Annie!

I purchased a couple bras online. They didn't fit the way I thought so I went in to return them. The manager Kaitlyn stepped in to help. She suggested a couple options that worked better. Then she allowed me to do an even exchange ? Their customer service has always been exceptional! One of the many reasons why I've continued to be a loyal customer.

Google states the store is open until 8pm on Fridays. The sign on the storefront stated the store is open until 8pm on Fridays. The website states they close at 8pm today. I showed up at 7:30 to grab one thing and they were closed. Doors locked, no explanation. Multiple people knocking on the door, and an older blonde woman standing behind the register ignoring all of us. What gives soma? Does the DM know that they are closing early? If there’s an extenuating circumstance, ie staffing issues, a sign could be posted on the door explaining this.
